The staff were fabulous! All the Front Desk staff were extremely helpful & available to answer any of our questions. We asked about a place to have a "light bite" in the area; the suggestion was ab- solutely perfect! The duvet cover in our king size room was looking tired. There were quite a few "fabric balls" on the cover & it looked like it needed replacing. At check-out I mentioned this item to the Front Desk staff, who suggested that I could have had it replaced during my stay, which was very good to know. However, I think the Housekeeping Staff should also "keep their eye out" for these type of replacement needs.

The room was very clean, the area quite, not far from the mall, the most of staff was polite and friendly. Hats off to Jim for help. We called the front desk looking for glasses for our Scotch. She said all they have are paper cups but she did tell me where I could get some. Tops supermarket quarter mile down the street & off I went.

Room was beautiful Black mold/sludge was left in the tub from jets that don't get cleaned or used. Disgusting to find when you get out.

It was in a pretty area, convenient to local shops and restaurants. The rooms are nice, excellent, pool, whirlpool area and breakfast. The air-conditioner broke down and we couldn't use our room for 2 hours while they repaired it, shampooed the rug, etc. That day happened to be my Aunt's funeral and I really wanted to just enjoy the room and be quiet before I had to go. All they left was two tiny pieces of chocolate for our inconvenience. I think they could have done a little more considering we were paying $200 a day to use the room including taxes. Even though they were pleasant, it was very inconvenient. They also did not want to give me a final bill. That took a while to get at check-out. Other than that, the experience was good. I really liked the hotel.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was super clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, with 45 minutes left 'til check-out, we discovered the shower didn't work -- the valve was broken. There wasn't time to request a repair, so the hotel lived up to it's price guarantee, without argument. I would stay here again without question. Good location for Buffalo/Amherst/Williamsville/Tonawanda,
