Prompt shuttle services to nearby restaurants. Free personal amenities for those that may have has their luggage in limbo at the airport. No food in the hotel other than during breakfast hours.

I thought reception were excellent..They happily sorted any problems I may have had..And they knew their product. Gabby was outstanding,Due to redocorating the staff handlede the breakfast well The fog..no complaints

Phones did not work. Could not call for shuttle service. Taxis would not take me the 1 mile to hotel. Had to bribe another hotels shuttle driver to take me to this hotel. Lobby under construction. Terrible experience!

We always stay at Hampton Inns when they are available. We appreciate the clean and comfortable bedding. We left very early and didn't receive a recipt for our stay. When we got home we found out that they had charged a $50 charge and also a $102 charge when we were suppose to be charged $79 + taxes. I called and they apologized and said that we would get credit for the excess charges.

Everything I needed was in the room or available at the front desk. Very clean and comfortable. The transportation to and from airport was very convenient and saved me from hiring a cab. Liked being able to leave my car there while gone. Overall a very good experience.

Upon entering the lobby I was greated by Terrell the night desk clerk in such an inviting, friendly manner that I was a bit taken back. Upgraded to a King suite, which was fabulous with ammenities that anyone would appreciate after driving 2 hours. Returning from South Carolina late in the night, I was picked up at the airport by Richard whom was caring, soft spoken and concerned enough to wait to see if my car would start after being parked for 4 days. This is an experience I will never forget. I will return because of the professionalism, cleanliness, convenience and positiveness! Thanks & Merry Christmas from Hershey pa

The only complaint is we were not told where to go to be picked up at the airport. The driver was upset with us because we were not at the right place. We also could not understand him on the phone. My suggestion would be to tell people there is a hotel pick-up area.
