    Location

    There was a bottle cap on the closet floor from a previous tenant. Obviously cleaning staff did not clean the entire room every day. Some of the desk personnel had no idea what they were doing.

    How close it was to the airport and providing services to the airport.

    The cracks in the walls, dirty base board in the bathroom, dirty carpet in halls ways room and elevator. It's time for a structure renovation.

    Close proximity to BWI Standard Hampton Inn: clean and up to par room wise. Bed mattresses were hard but tolerable.

    Did not feel welcome at front desk upon arrival or departure. No "Welcome to the Hampton Inn" upon entering facility and upon check-out no inquiry if we had a pleasant stay and/or was everything satisfactory during our visit. This is a very busy hotel but it would be nice to feel you are welcome. Front desk seemed very aloof.

    Hotel overall was very nice.

    Although not the fault of the Hampton, the power was out from about 5am to 10am or so, which affected people getting ready, using elevators & the breakfast.

    Front desk is the opening entrance and final departure for guests.....when these employees are customer service focused with a smile and positive attitude, everything is good.........and if they can't answer a question but offer to get help, that is all that is needed for 'perfect service'. No electricity in the am but a door knock @ my wakeup call time and the offer of a flashlite made it okay but the best was $0 balance on charge for the night. I will definitely stay @ Hampton Inns in the future and highly recommend the BRAND!!!!

    Absolutely Perfect Stay.....nothing to dislike!!

    Facility was clean and fairly quiet.

    The Staff was very rude and not very helpful at all the morning I checked out when I explained I had been overcharged. They were also rude to another customer at the counter just before me. Very inconsiderate, I felt my money was wasted and I wasn't satisfied at all.

    I enjoyed the ambiance and how close the hotel was to other places.

    I didn't like that a lock was not working on my room door and that the refrigerator in my room was not working. The food that I stored in there the night before went bad.

    Comfort of beds and pillows

    The room temperature when we arrived was extremely frigid. The air conditioner was set at 60 degrees! The same was true for the room our friends were in. What a discomfort upon arrival and a waste of energy.

    Quiet room

    Failure to collect us from the airport with the shuttle. I rang twice but to no effect - this was at 10pm !

    I was able to print my boarding pass using the computer and printer in the lobby. The free breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks to choose from and provided a good start to my long day traveling.

    Staff very friendly when I checked in

    >Room - NOT as described by Booking.com - no refrig - no microwave! >Shuttle service back from restaurant - took 40 plus minutes!! (even though hotel said 10 to 15 minutes - I had to call twice) >No PM cookies - they make up for it with a happy hour, but that is just Mon thru Thurs. and I was there on a Sunday

    The best thing going for this hotel was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The front desk, the airport shuttle drivers, and the cleaning staff greeted us with a smile, it was really nice. There is a nice breakfast buffet too. Our room was comfortable and wifi worked well. Loved that after an overseas flight I was able to call the hotel at 10 pm at night and they dispatched their shuttle van to us right away to collect us. Great location, close to airport, but still quiet.

    Breakfast is getting a little tired. Same thing every morning. This is for all hampton inns. Dont know what else there is.

    we needed a place to stay for 1 night and close to the airport where we could leave our vehicle for 7 days while we were on vacation. It was great.

    Van driver could have been easier to understand when I spoke to him on the phone to come to pick us up at the airport.

    Good staff, very convenient to BWI with shuttle. Offered free shuttle to area restaurants. Very close to FastPark2 which is a great option for leaving your car while traveling.

    Traveled with my sister. Timely pick up and return to airport to different airlines. Room & convenience met or exceeded our expectations. Happy Hour was an added surprise. ALL personnel were most friendly, gracious & helpful.

    Breakfast was outstanding.

    Sirens all night long. Noisy AC. Shower/tub faucet hard to operate and while showering tub faucet dripped. Sheets on bed too small for mattress.
