The customer service/staff was fabulous!
It was in a quiet location close to the airport and the shuttle service was good.
Did not see any restaurants within walking distance, but did not ask the desk clerk for assistance, which might have helped.
The night staff was very nice, comforting, and friendly. Breakfast was delicious.
Shuttle took forever. Waited 25 min for the shuttle to take us to chili restaurant but never showed so we walked. The next morning, we waited 25 min to catch the shuttle to the airport.

I absolutely loved Alicia she was very personable, not strained as to just doing her job. She even called to another hotel to get me a room (after you guys were booked for the night) the next day as I entered the hotel she spoke to me by name apologizing (Yeah right) for my Atlanta Falcons losing against her Baltimore Ravens. The whole front desk crew was awesome I can't remember them all, but the young lady who checked me in was very friendly. Really Great customer service.
There's not anything in particular that I didn't like except for last month when I stayed the carpet was pulled up, however upon my stay this time everything was finished. I wish we didn't have to haggle with online pricing and could get the price at the hotel without all the haggle of online competition
The bed and linen was very comfortable and the shuttle bus was excellent.
The breakfast should start a bit earlier for people flying early the next morning. Also the WiFi connection was very poor.

Very unusual for Hampton and this hotel branch, which I have stayed at before. Fluctuating hot water, bathroom tub not 100% clean, overheated gym, broken ice machine, very noisy air conditioning. Most surprising

There was a bottle cap on the closet floor from a previous tenant. Obviously cleaning staff did not clean the entire room every day. Some of the desk personnel had no idea what they were doing.

How close it was to the airport and providing services to the airport.
The cracks in the walls, dirty base board in the bathroom, dirty carpet in halls ways room and elevator. It's time for a structure renovation.
Close proximity to BWI Standard Hampton Inn: clean and up to par room wise. Bed mattresses were hard but tolerable.
Did not feel welcome at front desk upon arrival or departure. No "Welcome to the Hampton Inn" upon entering facility and upon check-out no inquiry if we had a pleasant stay and/or was everything satisfactory during our visit. This is a very busy hotel but it would be nice to feel you are welcome. Front desk seemed very aloof.
Hotel overall was very nice.
Although not the fault of the Hampton, the power was out from about 5am to 10am or so, which affected people getting ready, using elevators & the breakfast.
Front desk is the opening entrance and final departure for guests.....when these employees are customer service focused with a smile and positive attitude, everything is good.........and if they can't answer a question but offer to get help, that is all that is needed for 'perfect service'. No electricity in the am but a door knock @ my wakeup call time and the offer of a flashlite made it okay but the best was $0 balance on charge for the night. I will definitely stay @ Hampton Inns in the future and highly recommend the BRAND!!!!

Facility was clean and fairly quiet.
The Staff was very rude and not very helpful at all the morning I checked out when I explained I had been overcharged. They were also rude to another customer at the counter just before me. Very inconsiderate, I felt my money was wasted and I wasn't satisfied at all.
The price is good and the hotel is well accepted.
I enjoyed the ambiance and how close the hotel was to other places.
I didn't like that a lock was not working on my room door and that the refrigerator in my room was not working. The food that I stored in there the night before went bad.
Comfort of beds and pillows
The room temperature when we arrived was extremely frigid. The air conditioner was set at 60 degrees! The same was true for the room our friends were in. What a discomfort upon arrival and a waste of energy.
Failure to collect us from the airport with the shuttle. I rang twice but to no effect - this was at 10pm !
I was able to print my boarding pass using the computer and printer in the lobby. The free breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks to choose from and provided a good start to my long day traveling.
