We were overcharged $300 for a 2 night stay There were couples having sex in the pool Our rooms weren't cleaned The staff's actions were anti customer service The valet parking took over an hour to retrieve our car The self park staff was rude Breakfast foods weren't replenished when empty The bartender didn't have keys to the liquor cabinet Another time the bartender left the bar - we waited for 15 minutes for her to return and when she didn't we left Light bulbs were burnt out in our rooms

Plenty of space to roam around the hotel. I was there for work and could use all day the bar area and wifi without anybody asking. Complimentary coffee all day long. Very useful "on-the-run" ready bags for breakfast if you have to leave in a rush in the morning.

Free breakfast seeemed dirty and unkempt. Just because it's free doesn't mean it can't be clean. Also, neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy, though we were never hassled.

No food court open in the evening arround the hotel. Last floor is not good because of elevator motors noice

They charged us 170usd although the website said 120, we asked for explanation but after 1 week I still get no response.

The entire staff, from the front desk to the cleaning people, were so nice and helpful. We enjoyed the pool, the complimentary breakfast and the all day coffee in the lobby. It is not far for public transportation, shopping and tourists area. I would definetley stay again.

The ease of registration.

The breakfast offered no meat, bacon, sausage etc. My diet requires extra protein.

All of the staff were fantastic, from the people that greeted you at the door, to the girls at the front desk, to the maintenance workers. The room was so clean, it was large and luxurious. The breakfast was great as we're all of the amenities.

I did not like that my room booking stated that I would have a microwave a fridge in the room and when I got there. None of the features were there. The front desk said that I must request them at checkin. I was not told that until checkout. The 11th floor is are the only rooms with those features. The evening front desk was unprofessional and the concierge was never to be found.

The staff were helpful and friendly. the rooms were clean and well stocked with towels. Location was excellent for new year . Breakfast was good and the 24 hr coffee was a nice touch.We will go back there on our next trip

The rooms are clean but the service at the front desk was not good there was also no concise to talk to. We wanted to go see more of Philly but there was no one there.

It was really convenient to most of the sight-seeing places in town - old town, Chinatown, and City Center. The breakfast was generous, and most of the front desk staff were very friendly.

The view out of our window was of the loading dock which was very busy in the evening. Furthermore, the air conditioning unit was pretty loud, although it did help to drown out the loading dock noise. Lastly, the hotel was a block from the men's homeless shelter and there were many men loitering outside in the evening, so as a woman I wouldn't have felt comfortable walking by there alone.

The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the facilities (spa, pool, gym) are great. Business centre on the lower level is very well equipped.

Staff were hit and miss, the girl that checked us in was fantastic, but another gentleman that advised us on booking a cab and the 'breakfast on the go' option was completely off base on all cases.

Friendly staff, good value for money

The location- literally a block away from the Convention Center, and minutes away from the restaurants and the attractions in Philly. My room was quiet as well, which helped me get a good night's sleep. Free breakfast- cereals, pastries, waffles, as well as eggs and sausages with coffee and other drinks. I would not compare it to a diner or a restaurant, but solid breakfast nonetheless! I have been at some places where free breakfast meant just milk/orange juice with cereal or bagels, so it was a pleasant surprise.
