No Refrigerator in the King Room
Room rates Room size Pool/hot tub Location
Mini fridge wasn't very strong
Love breakfast !!!! Great staff !!!
Parking was horrible , self parking was always full .... Forced to do valet .
Very hospitable and worth the price. Breakfast serving very good with lots of options.
Vacation always too short
Helpful staff, nice food for breakfast, the bar, the swimming pool
The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a good size, as were the beds. The room was well soundproofed so it was nice and quiet at night, apart from the air conditioner, but I turned it off and it was ok. On the last day, my plane wasn't until the evening so the staff looked after my suitcases whilst I did more sightseeing. You get three good pillows and the bed is very comfortable.
The air conditioner was a little noisy but I'm not sure if they're all like that because I don't have one.
Large comfortable room, good value breakfast, very convenient location.
The barman was a smart Alec.
They allowed 4 of us to continuing staying in a king suit after our party became smaller.
The sofa bed smelled.
A typical Hampton, well kept, good location
Parking, you have to give your keys to parking person (parking was about a block away) who kept them on site. I would have like to give them to a Hilton employee.
Good location and breakfast.
the staff are very pleasant and helpful good location and close to most attractions
Friendly and helpful Staff
I was visiting the city for some work and i liked the fact that the location of the hotel is good. The breakfast is OK. The staff are helpful and very friendly and lastly the bed is one of the beds i have ever used.
It is over priced comparing to the hotels near by. The breakfast area is crammed and if you wanna eat in peace i highly advise you to wake up early and be there for breakfast before 7 am. Although the hotel is generally clean it is old and TV channels are bad. Housekeeping is not done to standards, yes you can find some hair (yours) on the shower curtains or on the flour after the housekeeper is done with cleaning. I did not like the fact that they hold the fee you are suppose to pay on the day you check in nor that there cancellation fees is not free. They do not always reply to their emails.
The staff were very gracious and super friendly. Rooms were clean and quite. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Walking distance to everything we enjoyed.
Guests who just let the doors slam shut. It happens in all hotels. I think a friendly note on each door reminding people to be courteous and not let the doors slam shut. Hotel doors make a lot of noise when closing.
I was a little disappointed with the breakfast - food could've had more variety and been better. I also didnt like the paper and plastic utensils
Close to major attractions. Free breakfast. Friendly staff. Good room for a fair price.
The pool was small and had too much chlorine.
Friendly and willing staff Convenient for centre of city and convention centre but on `wrong side of the tracks'
Rundown and rather depressing. Polystyrene bowls and plastic cutlery for breakfast. No glasses in rooms, only paper. Desperately needs a refurbish. Advice - take a top room (11th floor if possible) at the back of the hotel
For me the location was O.k. as it was near the Convention Centre, but the street is seedy. The room was fine, large and quiet.
The breakfast was very poor indeed. The hot food was inedible, so I just ate yoghurt and fruit. The downstairs, reception/bar/breakfast area is very cramped. I think it was poor value for money!
The Front Desk Staff were Excellent!!!! The lobby was nice, clean and employees in general were very helpful. The location to the Convention Center was great!
The room had a slight odor and was stale. There was a cost for WiFi!!! The covers were no crisp but rather damp feeling. The AC unit was old and took a few minutes to cool the room.
We asked several times for toilet paper and we never received so we purchased our own from the store around the corner and we asked for an extra ice bucket and we never got that either!!!
Staff helpfull and nice Breakfast rich Clean
Difficulties to sit down during the breakfast (Crowd) A little expensive
Booked for a cot, didn't have one , son sleeper on the floor, no offer of refund
the kindness of people (especially Raz!), the cleanliness, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast which is absolutely fantastic (have it on the terrace if temperature allows... a pure happiness)
This location is within close walking distance to Chinatown, and the Reading Terminal Market. The historic district is just beyond that.
WiFi was only for 24 hours of my 48 hour stay. And breakfast was poorly done. One morning they were out of nearly everything when we got there. The second morning was a bit better, but not by much.
Friendly staff, clean, nice breakfast. Parking close and reasonably priced.
Amenities in the basement.
