The biggest problem was that the microwave in the room didn't work, and the staff were unable to either fix or replace it (there was a public one downstairs though). Also, I chose the facility in part because it had a pool, but the pool was tiny with cloudy water and water was backing up from the drains in the floor around it (it was in the basement), so I didn't feel comfortable swimming in it.
The suite was spacious and comfortable, with good temperature control and excellent housecleaning. The breakfast was plentiful and good, with many options including make-your-own waffles, an egg dish each morning, breads, meat, cereals, yogurts, etc. The fitness room was great, with ellipticals, recumbent bikes, treadmills and some weights.
