    Location close to Midway Room was comfortable Food selection was okay, not great

    Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile! Our room had a beautiful, modern look. The bed was super comfy and hallway/neighbor noise was not an issue at any point.

    The breakfast would have been a lot better if real eggs had been used instead of egg beaters for the scrambled eggs.

    The cost was too high. I stay at Hampton Inn's in many places and the rates here were higher than anywhere else. It seems they went up when flights were cancelled.

    Such friendly staff members from the cleaning staff to the front desk staff. At check-in we were asked what was the occasion for our visit and upon learning that it was our 41st Anniversary we were allowed free parking for our stay and upgraded our suite. During our stay we had a problem with the TV reception which I reported to the front desk. They quickly sent a technician up who called the cable company and got it fixed in just a few minutes. My husband and I were then able to enjoy a movie in our room.

    Good breakfast, clean rooms..Free wifi

    Paying for parking is the pits...It reeks of greedie corporate..Such a shame..

    Smelled wonderful in my room and everything was clean. Appreciated note regarding spread and sheets. Staff was friendly.

    Wish shuttle went closer to train but I did get some exercise.

    Hotel was very convenient to Midway. We used the airport shuttle to get to the train to go sight seeing in Chicago. The breakfast was excellent. Also, there were several restaurants in walking distance of the hotel.

    Friendly and capable staff

    In a room where staff was working all night long packing all the contents in the room. In my half sleep I thought it was terrorists building bombs or wrapping up body parts after a murder. Not a comforting experience. When I told the front desk before leaving Mage honored the 100% guarantee which was good but I would have rather had a restful sleep.

    Blinds didn't work. . And my room was on the ground level. . They were going to comp me but never did.

    We were only there because we missed a flight. The hotel is very convenient to the airport and the shuttle was easy. All the staff were very nice.

    Bed was comfortable. Check in was speedy. Staff was friendly and competent. Breakfast was excellent.

    Booking buddy allowed my reservation but the hotel was completely sold out. It was midnight after 16 hours of delays at midway airport. It was awful but the staff managed to work it out.

    Rooms are well fitted out with all facilities and plenty of light for working, reading or relaxing. Bed very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful and breakfast more than expected. Best value we have experienced - not our first visit and Hampton our choice in future. Thanks Hampton staff.
