The bed was exceptionally comfortable and clean. The cable T.V. was good. The staff was very friendly. Of course, they were mostly Mexican. I like that. The breakfast was good.

The hotel was a bit more expensive than I think necessary.

Not verysound proof room could hear every noise from the front desk

The tv didn't work, I was told my room would be given to me for free but I have not seen the refund yet.

The staff helped me secure a room after booking.com did not make a reservation for me.

I did not like that bookind.com did not make a reservation for me when they said they would.

Out flight was rerouted to Chicago due to bad weather. We had no luggage and needed all the bare necessities for the night. I booked online and so did several other families with kids that were on our flight. Hampton Inn always has a friendly staff and they really go above and beyond to take care of you.

The staff was very personable. The breakfast was nice and the fact that they had breakfast 'bags' available. I will definately book there again!

I had to pay for parking in the lot,....however, it was reasonable,

i did not like the fact you do not bill the parking separate from the hotel bill.need 2 different bills.

Only thing I liked was it was quiet.

Did not get my request for a fridge and when I asked the 3rd time she said I will look into it and never got back to me. Did not like that I had to pay $13.00 a vehicle to stay at their hotel Had to go to 3 different floors to get ice.

When we arrived they informed me that parking was not included in the price of the room - this was including the night that we checked in & before we were to fly out. Never have I had a hotel tell me this, without disclosing on the website that parking was not included (at all). In addition, the point of going to these hotels is that you can leave your car there during your trip, rather than park at the airport. If that is not the case, they should tell you. Again, it is really outrageous not to give you parking for the night you are there. They did take this night off my bill, when I complained. Also, even though I booked early, we were right across from elevators.

It is close to the airport, has good shuttle service. The lady taking care of the breakfast service in the lobby was the nicest person in the whole hotel. If your whole staff had her personality you would have another star. After being worried about reputation of the area safety of the location, found it safe. Well lit and surrounded by lots of other hotels.

No door man/bell hop. Construction made for narrow passages and tough for older people to navigate with luggage. Hotel is in need of a complete makeover. Price for the value is way to high.
