Clean Friendly and helpful staff Comfortable Good tv service in the room Loads of facilities in the room Very spacious room Location of hotel is good in terms of airport proximity but very poor if you're staying for a long period. In my case I stayed overnight so it's ok! Very very very noisy ac unit in the room. Burgers for brakfast neverteless still a good one!

Excellent. V.comfy beds, wi-fi was fast and easy, breakfast was good. Staff were professional and helpful. It is not clear how/where to catch their airport shuttle. They use the Thrifty car hire shuttle bus. Perhaps their website could specifically state this.

It was well maintained and comfotable. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the price was 1/2 Chicago hotels with out the $50 per night parking.

I liked the free shuttle to the airport- just make sure you get into the big blue shuttle bus and not a cab. I also liked the spacious bathroom. The pool and hot tub were clean. The staff was friendly.

This hotel has very courteous and accommodating staff. The rooms were nice and the free wifi worked exceptionally well. The 24 hour Thrifty shuttle was served the hotel well. Once notified by the staff the shuttle would usually be at the hotel within 10 minutes. Easy connection to the Blue Line Train at the airport by using the shuttle. We stayed at the hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The traffic noise in the street side rooms is bothersome

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was spacious. Good breakfast. Pool was nice. Enjoyed overall and parking was free and plentiful. Good hotel. The rooms are not sound proof. Had a room near front and one night could hear guest outside of window talking a good part of night. I turned up air conditioning to drown out noise. Most of the time it was quiet though.

Excellent staff that knew all the answers to our questions. Three restaurants to choose from that would pick us up and take us back to the hotel since they are not close(walking) to any. Great breakfast choices, public transportation into the city was easy, great shuttle service, etc. Warm chocolate chip cookies. Would stay there again! The lobby could be nicer with more seating so groups could sit and talk.

Everything was great - exceptionallt good breakfast for a small place. The transportation (Thrifty Car Rental shuttle) was the only negative. There is no Hampton Inn sign on the shuttle, and I had to wait about 45 minutes for it to come.
