Hampton Inn Cocoa Beach  

Loved our room. We ended up getting an ocean view balcony room and it was so worth it. To sit out there and listen to the waves every morning and enjoy an ocean breeze was really amazing. The room was a good size and very clean. Lots of amenities.

I wish the pool had maybe a little bar & grill outside. That would have been nice to snag a drink and head out to there beach access instead of having to walk somewhere else.

Location was really nice. We also enjoyed the breakfast. This hotel is a great value for money. Clean and tidy, nice staff.

Only a short walk to the beach = awesome! Complimentary breakfast was also a major bonus for my family & staff at breakfast were wonderfully kind!

Good Location with beach access and nice pool at a reasonable price. Great Breakfast each morning Very Relaxing. Convenient. Excellent, courteous, and friendly staff.

The staff was incredibly friendly, we loved the woman who helped serve food in the morning from Wisconsin. The food was great, the complementary tea and coffee at any hour was great. Pool water was great and the quick walk to the beach was awesome.

-Access to the beach. -Front office staff was very accommodating, especially Maureen. -The room had a great view of the ocean.

-The hotel and hotel rooms need to be renovated. Elevators, flooring, walls, everything needs to be updated. - It was much older than I expected and the bedding was not soft. - I would not recommend this hotel to other travellers.

4 mature travelers met here for an overnight before cruising from Canaveral. I emailed the resort twice before our trip and had immediate responses to my questions regarding shuttles from Orlando and car parking during the cruise. It was cold weather but we enjoyed a near-by walk on the beach and a good restaurant next door in a sister property. Great breakfast. Highly recommend.

Very noisy window mount AC. Interior is a bit tired. I would say do not stay in this place if you planning to use AC overnight.

We enjoy the family friendly environment and the fact that we are within a short walk to the beach!

Loved the Hotel and the closeness to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hearty and delicious. I have found a new weekend get away spot.

No central air. The room unit was very noisy.

We enjoyed having the hot breakfast in the morning. Vacations are already pricy, but having that included was a definite plus. Will make me want to stay there again because of it.

This is a great family hotel. It has beach access, a good pool, full breakfast, clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff. We would stay here again.

They provide breakfast. It was good except for the bacon - very limp.

First, when I went to check in they couldn't find my reservation. I had my confirmation paperwork from Booking.com and a confirmation from the hotel. They were going to put us in a hotel next door. I stood my ground with my reservations and finally they just happened to find a room (handicap). The next day I put out the Do Not Disturb sign. We left for about an hour. When we came back our door was ajar and a bag of towels were sitting outside the door. Anyone could have come in our room. I took them to the front desk and they could not give me an explanation as to why our door was open. Needless to say, we will not stay at this hotel again.

We loved the large room, view was beautiful, staff was super friendly, loved being so close to the beach!
