Unli cafe, buffet breakfast
The staff was sooooo nice and the breakfast was incredible and has so many different styles. It's awesome!!!!and the room was very big
The locatio was not very pretty but the transportation was convenient.
The hotel was well clean and confortable. When we had a problem with the key card, the personel was really kind. The breakfast was good and we had enough foods.
The personal that was in the reception wasn't kind because they never said to us informations about Boston and answer us directly, not in a kind way.
I like everything.
Everything in the hotel
Distance from center of everything suggestion would be to have use of shuttle for HHonors members to have a early drop in the center of Boston and a late pick up.
Good warm breakfast Great overall amenities Staff very friendly
Rooms should have mini fridges in them
Very clean. Breakfast was great. Nice place overall.
On the corner with a hospital. Heard sirens all night. Not the worst part of town, but not the best either. They charge extra for parking.
the staff was excellent
Must have been buy a fire station. Sirens all night!!
We have recieved a confirmation from booking.com for a room that can fit 3 adults and 2 children. Once we got to the hotel we found a very small room that can not fit another bed. We had to sleep 3 in a small queen bed which made the stay not comfortable at all. The staff didnt seem helpful...they could of moved us to another room. Location very poor. Drug addicts and homeless from the hostle accross the street where gathering around the hotel. Even onr night a homless was found sleeping at lobby
Breakfast, staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, parking
too many druggies as hotel is next to hospital center's methadone clinic, too close to road traffic so I slept poorly.
I was very lucky and surprised to see that the enterprise in which company I rented the car share the garage with the hotel, so it's very convenient for me to return my car.
Price for one night a little pricey
Friendly staff, cleanliness, awesome breakfast!
Free breakfast daily, choice was better than expected, free wifi, walking distance to bus stations and approx. 15 mins walk to train station (depending how fast you walk this varies).
Wasn't the best location in boston but the price offsets this. Require a bit of walking to metro station, luckily there's a bus station right outside the metro straight to Hampton inn so it's ok. At night you can hear sirens in the room but when you're too tired from exploring all day your mind would have shut the noises out & sleep anyway...
Complimentary self service breakfast. Friendly staff. Free airport shuttle. Great location if you are attending the hospital for any reason
No restaurants in the vicinity apart from hotels. Quite a distance from Underground and downtown area. Area didn't feel safe after dark
Breakfast, comfort, wifi,lifts,service.
Location (distance from centre of town, major shopping centre and restaurants), noise (ambulances).
clean rooms friendly staff central location
second stay in a few months we were given a room facing the Boston Fire Dept. up all night
Liked the service..great breakfast..shuttle service convenient. Comfortable clean room
Did not feel safe outdoors at night
The Hotel was in a good location. Bus stops are around and you can easily make you way into the center of Boston. If you do not want to take a bus, the hotel offers a shuttle service every hour to the airport which also stops at the south station. The Hotel itself was nice, the stuff very friendly and the room spacious and clean. I liked the free WiFi offer. The breakfast is good. The Hotel was excellent.
The only thing I did not like was the amount of plastic dishes used for the breakfast.
After we returned from dinner, the carpet smell was so bad that we called downstairs. Someone came up to look at the air conditioner - then they realized that it was the filthy carpet that had the smell. They sprayed something and 2 hours later the smell was back. We could not change rooms because the hotel was full. A reduction in the rate for that night would have been appreciated.
Convenient to mass transit Good breakfast Staff extremely helpful
A small item, but no exhaust fan in bathroom
Breakfast was quite good
I booked a room for max. 5 people. It turned out that there were only two double beds in a relatively small room. When I asked for an extra bed at the reception, I was told that a single bed would be taken to the room but it could obviously not fit into the room. One of the managers offered us another room, slightly bigger but with one single double bed and a convertible sofa. The mattress in the latter was so thin that we thought the manager was making fun of us. The staff did not offer any alternative and I had to book a room elsewhere and leave my parents in that poor hotel. The rest of the staff at the reception was not nice either. Definitely a terrible experience in such a hotel chain!
