Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center  

the staff was very nice and comforting. the price was affordable and the breakfast and dinner, FREE was great. the whole staff always had a smile. I am in the hospitality business and smiles are important.

The location was not ideal for some aspects of our trip but in other ways it was great. Was not accessible to the t so far as I could figure out..

Our room had an odd odor to it-food maybe?

Staff was wonderful. Took care of noise problem quickly and courteously.

Hotel rooms have are reasonably big, breakfast is good and the staying in the hotel is a very comfortable experience. There was even a free afternoon meal. GREAT!

In september 2011 the internet connection had some serious issues. But it would only disturb you if you needed to use it A LOT.

Excellent staff. A very nice hotel. Overall, a very emjoyable experience.

Because the hotel is located close to 3 hospitals/medical centres and a fire station, there is the constant sound of sirens. This did not overly bother me but may be a problem for some people.

The gym. It needs to be revamped- it's a lawsuit waiting to happen if the machines aren't updated.

The kind and helpful attitude of staff was a surprise and the available complimentary services. Easy access to Logan airport, just few minutes from the heart of Boston downtown either walking, bus or shuttle.

The staff is quite helpfull. I manange to master to go around boston to hop on and out from bus to the city train / subway. It saves my transportation budget in town. It will be nice if the hotel will have a coin wash and dryer machines in the hotel so I don't have to go out to do my laundry.

Breakfast was poor and not particularly nutricious.

Special mention for the breakfast that were excellent. Offering a good variety. Special mention for the lady who had welcome us. She was working at night and gave us an excellent service everytime we needed information. I think her name was Swan or something like that. Would go back anytime.

The hotel was in a great location.....close to the airport and in a decent location (had several homeless people walking around the intersection next to us but that is more due to the state of the economy than location). Would use again.

The only thing that I had an issue with was the window that looked over the street was thin or not correctly insulated because we could hear all the street traffic down below.

I read free shuttle service in your home page however we need pay 5 USD per person required. I do not know what is correct for hotel service. I have disappointed this. Hotel is good but I did not feel Hilton's service at this hotel.

Gästvänligheten och den fantastiska servicen. Fri shuttle från/till flygplatsen uppskattades. Rummen var stora och bra. Bra frukost. Personalen ordnade matpaket för oss som sprang Boston Marathon.
