The breakfast buffet was great. Wide selection with a different egg dish offered everyday. Shuttle service was a nice perk

Not very quiet. The ambulance sounds are to be expected based on the proximity to the medical center. We were woken up several times to some colorful language and music but I'm not sure if the source was inside or outside of the hotel. Good value based on price and staff but pack ear plugs or sleeping pills.

Extremely comfortable, affordable, attractive, accommodating, friendly, clean, close to the airport, shuttle service and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Staff was wonderful. Took care of noise problem quickly and courteously.

Beautiful big and well furnished room, (kings suite). Amazing staff, (including their free and helpful shuttle service) and everything always kept nice and clean. The breakfast was also very good and changed from day to day (great for those staying for a few days, we stayed 9 days!) We loved the waffles including the option of healthy fresh fruits, yogurts, eggs and a lot more. The hotel is situated next to a hospital but the area is not too bad and its very easy (not expensive) to take a taxi downtown or the buss stop just across the street. Also, there is a Mcdonalds just around the corner, and if people walk a little further up the street they will find a group of shops and restaurants, (Appelbies, Olive Garden etc.). I would definitely recommend this hotel and I look forward to stay there again on my next trip to Boston.

The area is a little noisy, but perhaps the windows could be better isolated somehow in the future, it didn't bother us though. Using paper plates and dishes for both breakfast and rooms was not very eco- friendly. Also, we really would have liked to have some wine glasses in the room at least, as having a relaxed glass of wine from a plastic cup in the evening just did not feel right.

A well presented room immaculately clean. Good breakfast as part of the package with fresh fruit salad and fruit and a good range of cooked foods and fun waffle makers.Decent coffee too

No proper tea bags (normal)in the bedrooms-only green tea and ginseng. we weren't the only British visitors either.It was available in the breakfast lounge so points for that....

Hotel rooms have are reasonably big, breakfast is good and the staying in the hotel is a very comfortable experience. There was even a free afternoon meal. GREAT!

In september 2011 the internet connection had some serious issues. But it would only disturb you if you needed to use it A LOT.

Excellent staff. A very nice hotel. Overall, a very emjoyable experience.

Because the hotel is located close to 3 hospitals/medical centres and a fire station, there is the constant sound of sirens. This did not overly bother me but may be a problem for some people.

The gym. It needs to be revamped- it's a lawsuit waiting to happen if the machines aren't updated.

The kind and helpful attitude of staff was a surprise and the available complimentary services. Easy access to Logan airport, just few minutes from the heart of Boston downtown either walking, bus or shuttle.

The staff is quite helpfull. I manange to master to go around boston to hop on and out from bus to the city train / subway. It saves my transportation budget in town. It will be nice if the hotel will have a coin wash and dryer machines in the hotel so I don't have to go out to do my laundry.

Breakfast was poor and not particularly nutricious.
