The bed was absolutely like sleeping on a cloud! It was so comfortable. The room was immaculate and more than I expected.

We were very unhappy due to the fact that we booked and paid for our hotel in advance through booking.com and, after we had checked out on Sunday, over $400 was charged to our credit card that we had given in case of any incidentals. We did not have any incidentals, room service, etc. We were in Dallas shopping for school clothes on a budget, and I was told this money would take several days before being returned to our account. We were never told that anything would be charged to our card. It was very disappointing.
