The people were very friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Nothing comes to mind.
morning egg choices
Staff was very nice and very helpful
Wi-Fi available but difficult to connect to with consistency
The pool, way-wayyyy to much chlorine in it. I would recommend that you keep out of it.
the place was nice and clean
We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed at the Hampton Inn to take my sons to Knoebell, (ages 3 & 6)..I have to say, the breakfast was AWESOME and pool was great. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Definitely worth it! Going forward we'll stay here, when visiting Knoebells.. We had tons of fun!
The room was very comfortable and clean. Almost felt like I was at home. Only wish the room was a little bigger; otherwise everything was great. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful with a variety if choices from omelets to waffles or just a plain old bagel and muffin. I would recommend this hotel to others.
Only wish the room was a little bigger. We have four young children ranging from eight down to one. Just a little tight but we managed for the one night.
Staff was extremely friendly Room was very basic but very good value for the money we paid Glad to have the option for breakfast right there. Staff out out cookies one afternoon
Pool used a lot of chemicals but they probably have to
Recently renovated Housekeeping staff very nice Great breakfast Woman on night shift and fella on day shift pleasant and helpful.
Expensive for area. Day shift desk help (two 20-30 y/o females) not very friendly, clearly annoyed when my 10 yr old son asked "when are the cookies ready". Overall, their demeanor not friendly nor helpful to adults neither. Chlorine in pool had overwhelming smell.
The variety of breakfast items.
Space for breakfast too small - we took our items to our room.
Loved the mattresses & pillows! I wrote down the brand names to buy for myself. The free breakfast is a money-saver if you have children. My room location was quiet; room was clean, comfortable. My grandchildren didn't want to leave. We weren't concerned about a "view" as we were there to travel to Knoebels. Will come back next year.
Too much chlorine in pool area. Burned my eyes (and I wasn't even swimming) Had to leave the area.
It appeared that the rooms had been recently renovated. They were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable.
The breakfast was mediocre.
Check-in was very accommodating. Breakfast was perfect.
I felt it was a bit more then I would have liked to pay. Construction was at the front driveway and I wasn't sure we were going the right way to the hotel. Bathroom was clean but I did find several piece of dust balls on the floor.
The staff was very helpful with helping me make daily plans for my family.
Nothing it was a very nice hotel.
I have never seen a more depressing location. the window opened out on a dump The room was old Would never go back
The staff were so friendly and welcoming! The breakfast was excellent. It was at a perfect time since we had to be up and out by 7am.
It was a very nice clean and comfortable room. Our kids enjoyed the pool.
I was very surprised that as large of a hospital as Geisinger is that there isn't any of the big name brand stores anywhere near it... I did find out afterwards that there is a mall apx. 8 miles away, but not being familiar w/ the area - and the weather so unpredicable - we didn't want to venture to far away...Not a huge fan of Friendly's either... and this really doesn't have anything to do w/ our actual stay in the hotel... That was really the best part of the trip :)
