The breakfast saves you time so you can get started early.

The staff didn't seem to know what was going on in hotel.

From valet, and bellmen greetings and professionalism to hot showers and great breakfast for all the choices in my family

Nothing here at hotel only a few local pushy panhandlers around Bourbon Street

    It was clean.

Parking was an extra $30 per day. Air didn't work. When they fixed it it squealed loudly all night. Got locked out of our room second day. Mystery as to why. Had a fire drill. Speakers said to evacuate. Hurried to dress. The speakers said it was a false alarm. By that time, no breakfast left. Been staying in Hampton Inns for many years but they really let us down here.

The location was perfect - 2 minutes to French quarters and to the place of my event.

there is no restaurant in the place, just breakfast, but you can sure dine out easily.

Nice place to stay. Close to the French Quarter.

The television in our room had every channel set to the Spanish language, and every time we changed a channel we had to go to the menu and manually set the language to English.

Location is good, definitely quiet but within 15 mins of where the action is Room was spotless Breakfast was decent Comfy bed and very nice shower

Room wasn't ready at check in (minor delay and not that big of a deal) Expensive parking/no option to park yourself

The room was big, clean and comfortable. I loved the decor of the room and bath! The people were friendly and treated us nice from check-in to check-out. The location was excellent from the Mercedes Benz Superdome to Canal Street. The breakfast was nice.

Front desk staff was friendly, room was clean and somewhat comfortable.

Elevators broke (yes all of them at the same time), view was awful, breakfast staff not accommodating at all (appears that once breakfast condiments are gone, it is too much trouble to get more, in this case syrup for the waffles)

The street that the hotel is on turns into Bourbon street across Canal St. So you are only 2 blocks away. And if you don't want to pay $30 per night for valet you can park in the same easy park they use which is 1/2 a block away. Walking distance to the Riverwalk & Harrahs. All good.

On the 2 block walk to Canal you will see homeless people. Not the hotel's fault. Just a reminder that poverty is everywhere. At least the cops aren't harrassing them to move, and they aren't bothering anyone.

The location, room layout and the bath and the breakfast

Having to use the room card to activate the elevator (even though it does provide a measure of security)....But, the hotel staff is supposed to provide the security!

Clean rooms, comfy beds, quiet rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Valet parking was for "in and out parking" whereas some hotels will charge you each time you valet your car in a 24 hour period.

Valet parking 29.98 per car per night but I'm sure it is standard for that area as there are precious few on street parking spaces available.

Morning clerks implied afternoon clerks were liars...PM clerks get kick backs for making tour reservations bc no concierge. Am clerks said no way...make your own reservation. Made me feel foolish like I was taking part in scam.

    large clean rooms.

It would have been perfect if it was in the French Quarter. However, it is still a good location only 1 1/2 blocks from The Quarter (Bourbon St). One advnatage was the street cars just outside the door.

The location was fantastic. We parked the car in the hotel garage and didn't take it out until our departure from the city! Easy to walk to all attractions, restaurants and, of course, the French Quarter. The room was terrific, and the staff was as professional as could be. We would stay here again without a doubt!

My wife left an item in the room, which we didn't notice until we drove 35 miles towards home. We called the hotel, and no one seemed to know what to do. The head of Housekeeping was off, and only an answering machine took our call. We chose to turn around and drive 70 miles round-trip to insure getting the item back. That was not a good way to end an otherwise perfect experience.

The valet service of a morning was very busy and a bit poor

Very good location of the hotel.

Breakfasts are the weak part of this hotel offer. What particularly annoyed are tableware made of plastic.
