The bed was very comfortable , the included breakfast was very good we were given various options
The elevators smelled like raid. At check I asked the lady at the counter if she could call a taxi for me to go to the airport she said yes after sitting in the lobby about 35 minutes I approached the counter to ask if it would much longer for the taxi , she replied "oh I don't need to call just stand out in the front of the hotel and one will stop, I wish had told us that in the beginning
location size of room clean breakfast value
no problems noted
The hotel and the location.
Housekeeping walked right in 30 minutes before check-out time without knocking and I had just gotten out of the shower and was standing there naked. Terrible service for a hotel of this cost.
The location was great. Close to everything and great walking distance.
When I booked the room the total charge was $358. Once I was charged the room was over $400 and we were given a handicapped room with no bathtub in the room only a shower. I know from now on to request a tub.
Location is excellent. Right across the street from the French quarter and easy walking distance to the WW II museum and the Mississippi river. Very quiet so you don't hear all the late night partying.
Sometimes there are homeless sleeping on the sidewalk but if you walk through the building connected to the hotel, you can avoid that.
It was the perfect location - close to everything.
There weren't any rooms for smoking.
Why have you a Men's shop only situated in the Hotel, women are most likely to look around if they had clothes etc for them, we just walked past all the time, and never saw hardley anybody in there!!
Why a Men's shop only? Ladies tend to browse more if you have Ladies, children's clothes & toys etc to take home for gifts, took ages to find clothes shops, other than gifts shops.
could not find fault with any of my stay i will visit again
The location, we could walk if we wanted to Bourbon St. and the river the breakfast was much more than we expected. the staff was very knowledgable with restaurants suggestions and places of interest.
Close to trolley lines
Rarely had meat on breakfast bar, $30+ daily parking fee
Updated property...great free breakfast...walk to everything
5 minute walk to bourbon st. Great service Free WiFi Free hot breakfast High ceiling large window room
Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally clean and very quiet, and our requests were attended to immediately. The breakfast area and food were outstanding! We also loved how easy it was to print off our boarding passes. This will be my go-to hotel in NOLA from now on!
excellent service, location, and warm breakfast with many choices
The breakfast saves you time so you can get started early.
The staff didn't seem to know what was going on in hotel.
At only 2 minutes walk from Bourbon street, the hotel is a nice place to stay
proximity breakfast cleanliness staff
street in front of hotel was under construction and hard to get in and out
This was a really excellent choice for New Orleans - perfect location on the edge of the French Quarter (not IN Bourbon Street which is hopelessly noisy), lovely big room, good free breakfast, very helpful staff, reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this and go back.
Can't think of anything.
Loved the fact that the hotel was located just off of French Quarter, so nice and quiet, but so walkable to the rest of the city.
From valet, and bellmen greetings and professionalism to hot showers and great breakfast for all the choices in my family
Nothing here at hotel only a few local pushy panhandlers around Bourbon Street
The staff and valets were very friendly and helpful. The most helpful were Emire and Calvin. They both went out of their way to make sure our belongings and my daughters cactus were safe while we visited your city. Then when it came to retrieve them and our car. Thank you for having such friendly and helpful associates it made our stay most comfortable.
It was clean.
Parking was an extra $30 per day. Air didn't work. When they fixed it it squealed loudly all night. Got locked out of our room second day. Mystery as to why. Had a fire drill. Speakers said to evacuate. Hurried to dress. The speakers said it was a false alarm. By that time, no breakfast left. Been staying in Hampton Inns for many years but they really let us down here.
