    It was the cleanest, most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed in. Even the grout on the floor of the bathroom was clean! Comfortable room and bed; I have arthritis in my back and hips and I woke up refreshed and not sore.

    Wished the location had been within walking distance of the restaurants and shopping but I'd stay here again!

    They sold our rooms to someone else in Graduation week and said my card had expired, and couldn't get any one at Booking.com (who we booked it through) to respond to give them our details, so couldn't hold the rooms. I booked the rooms in February with a valid card. I have since found out that they have now charged me for the rooms, even though they said they didn't have a valid card - incredible!

    Very spacious room

    Breakfast served on paper plates and plastic cutlery. Out of step with the high-end feel of the motel.

    They sold our rooms before we arrived! Booking.com who we booked it through also let us down by not responding to any requests from hotel.So didn't get the chance to try out facilities. It was graduation, so struggled to find other accommodation. We had an elderly lady with us who was very distressed and we have incurred lots of extra expense due to having found alternative accommodation out of town. Booking.com haven't even replied to my complaints.

    Good staff. The hotel was very clean. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a good breakfast with a choice of hot and cold items. They hotel was completely satisfactory to us.

    I thought it was expensive compared to others with its star rating. Another guest mentioned the day we checked out that his rate was XX, which was about $30 less than we were charged. The hotel said that because we had booked through booking.com, the reservation could not be cancelled, nor could we even change to a different room. I thought this was poor behavior on their part.

    Well situated for our purpose ( visiting friends within 5 minute drive ) Excellent Service from all staff and helpful in all questions asked, comfortable room, fantastic pool good parking facilities

    great location. close to good restaurants, fuel at Fred Myers and easy route into downtown and eventually back to Interstate 5. Also has a nice walking path that runs past it behind the hotel along a local stream.

    Very helpful staff. We checked in approximately 6 pm. Wife and I had a meeting in town and arrived back to our room after midnight. For security the doors are locked and need the room key to enter. The clerk recognized us from earlier and quickly assisted. Thank you Hampton Inn. Very professional and courteous staff
