Super friendly staff. Even checked on us in our room to see if we had any questions. Breakfast was amazing and avail really early.
Heating system: very noisy! We had the choice ; to be frozen vs to be woken every time the system of heating set off
Staff is very helpful and kind Room is spacious and very clean equipments are Ok
As a person with food allergies, I was disapointed with how this was managed. There were communication issues, and the end product was a TOTAL miss.
The Hampton Inn has always been a standard of quality anD in that they were on point. The location was easily accessible and the room was clean and well stocked. I especially appteciated the magnifying mirror in the bathroom.
We met charming Frances who was on the desk.. This young lady is truly a credit to The Hampton chain. Very helpful beyond any expectation.
Wish the bathroom was vented as it was very steamy after showering and we had to wait to use the mirror. Also a separate sink/mirror area from the bathroom would be helpful when getting ready. Requested a 1st floor room because of husband's health but was put on the 3rd floor even though the hotel was not even close to full.
Location was central to all venues. Frances at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. Room was spotless.
Staff were most pleasant and understanding
We needed to stay someplace central to family for pre-Christmas visit. This hotel is centrally located in Freeport, with an easy drive down the Main Street to the village. Great breakfast in morning. Comfy room, quiet setting.
Freeport good place for inexpensive shopping. Staff very friendly. good to use the swimming pool. Go to Gritty's
heater was too loud had to switch it off during the night
The heating system in the room is very noisy waking me up every time it turns on. So I turned it off alltogether but then I was cold. This is a very average hotel.
Could have been cleaner. But not too bad.
Breakfast, and the beds and the rooms are a good size.
Did not care for eggs with tomatoes/peppers Did not want ham since I am a vegetarian so breakfast not great on that day. Wished you had fried potatoes and then would have liked ok.
Breakfast nice. Bed is great. Liked breakfast of scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes.
being a return customer I have noticed a slight cutback in the breakfast, and snacks such as apples, cider and cookies.
convenience to shopping and a comfortable clean room.
The Hampton Inn sign was difficult to find. Suggest a sign on the opposite side of road would be helpful
Great place to stay. Near everything
Could have had more breakfast options in cereal, fresh fruit. Loved the decaf...thank you for understanding that people who drink decaf still like good tasting coffee.
The electronic key cards kept failing to the extent that upon returning each day we had to go the front desk and get new cards - both or ours failed to work. According to the desk clerk, who was both professional and kind to us about the inconvenience, this is a 'known' issue. If so, then my question is why isn't the hotel resolving the problem?
Very courteous and professional staff. Clean and comfortable.
Receptionist could not find my booking.com reservation by name or number and tried to charge us a higher rate for the three nights. We negotiated for a rate closer to our reservation $. I came back to the front desk three hours later with a new receptionist and she found my original reservation in about five seconds. Felt that I was being hustled by the previous receptionist. Have stayed at that location many times over the years and never had any problems.
Friendliness of front desk, nice breakfast, location.
the last non-smoking room was held for us; but the door lock malfunctioned and was inoperable even with the maintenance man's master key; so we wasted 90 minutes after arriving at 10:00 pm at night. This was a big negative and I don't think that I would stay there again.
Nice clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast and friendly staff.
Location relative to town Breakfast choices Parking and room access
Nothing really, everything was spot on.
The staff, starting at the front desk. Upon arrival we were greated by Frances F. She was very polite and professional. The room was just as described and very roomy(we had the king bed). Every morning we had complimentary breakfast with fresh fruit, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, pastries, bagels, juice, coffee or tea and some type of hot eggs(scrambled, omelet) home fries or sausage, but every morning the hot stuff change so if you are there for 5 days like we were you don't get tired of the same breakfast. The lady who was on charge of the breakfast extremely friendly(every staff member was).
Pretty well everything. Will stay there again in a couple of weeks
