WE checked in in the evening and were delighted with the staff. We were taken to a restaurant for dinner and picked up by a really nice staff member. In the evening we were put on the list for an airport run at 7 AM. When we got to the door, with our luggage, we found the van had left early. The desk clerk called the van driver and he came back for us, but then took another couple to their connection before ours, even though our plane left before theirs. It was a scramble to get to our plane.

I was treated with respect and even though there was a wedding party there at the same time I did was not distrurbed. The hours of the breakfast could have been split. Trash cans in the rooms not enough or not big enough. Coke machine took $3.00 from my kids while trying to get bottled water.

excelente atencion en la recepcion por una chica que es filipina, excelente atencion del area para desayuno, no me gusto que esta en remodelacion por los ruidos y el polvo, pero el personal excelente.
