“ Very comfortable and relaxing for a family with 8 kids. The double queen with the pull out love seat bed was a huge difference maker and the rooms were not squished at all with the love seat room. ”

My reservation made moths earlier on Booking.com got lost. It took hours to straighten it out before I needed to catch my flight to ny. My trip began with no sleep because of you. Your staff said I should have booked direct to you as if it was my mistake. Why do you deal with Booking .com if that is the case? Also the noise of the doors slamming shut in every room on my floor, was bad. Also, what you charge for a bottle of water in the lobby, is a greedy crime.

Your front desk staff was fabulous! I believe Jason was the name of the person who helped me. He changed my room to accommodate my request for a room off the street, and then followed up with a phone call to ensure that I was happy with the new room. He also made sure I got the bottle of water and snack to which i was entitled as a Hilton Honors member. I also enjoyed the breakfast and my bed was the most comfortable ever!!!! Jane Coyle Too close to the road and, therefore, to traffic noise.

The breakfasts, the complimentary coffee, the beds and bed linen, the complimentary toiletries if you forgot yours, the free wi-fi. The location. Unless you have a car, it's very difficult to get around. The price of the water!

Was it the greatest no. but other than getting in and out I would go back. it was comfortable, Its in a bad spot not hard to get out of, but getting back was hard, finally when getting ready to leave I think we figured it out, but won't stay there again because of that, to many roads coming together in front of the Inn. Other than that would probably stay again.

Sauberkeit - prima Frühstück - ausreichend Parkplätze - gute Verkehrsanbindung - viele Lokale in der Nähe und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen.

Hotel récent avec parking gratuit. Hotel moderne et très bien equipe avec wifi gratuit dans les chambres.Tres bon petit déjeuner. Très bon restaurant Italien a 500 metres de l'hôtel chez Angelino et pas cher du tout.

Everything was excellent. Exceeded expectations. Staff was genuinely friendly and professional. Rooms were spacious and well equipped - iron, ironing board, microwave and fridge. Parking space was good too. Breakfast was good - hot and cold. Choice of cereals, bread, danish, waffle, yogurt, bacon & eggs, coffee, tea, fruit, and juices. Especially liked the spacious dining/ living area on the 2nd floor where family members could get together without having to do so in the lobby. The chess set in the lobby was also a good idea. The small snack shop was well stocked and reasonably priced. Did not use the gym and swimming pool but they looked pretty adequate. Lots of eating places - Wendy's, McDonald's and others nearby (walking distance). Slightly difficult to navigate getting back to the hotel from the turnpike but okay once you know how. The area around the hotel is not pedestrian friendly - an automobile is a must.

The hotel staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was good, clean rooms, five minutes drive from LIRR station so you can take train to manhattan and no need to drive throughout traffic
