The room was clean. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed. The television in my room did not work. The night staff did not have any helpful suggestions to address the problem. The day staff could only say sorry and made no effort to alleviate my unhappiness except to say, "I'm sorry." The room was prepaid and no compensation, even a coupon was a possibility. When asked for a mgr's card, I was provided the general business card with no name of a manager.
