location was great; the staff was absolutely awesome! very friendly and very helpful room temp was warm and not able to set the temp to a cooler setting; workout room was less than desired; bathroom was not as clean as I would like

Budget price of room. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Clean room and bath. Nice bed to sleep on-- loved the extra pillows!! I felt like a menapausal princess (-: thanks!! I couldn't stay longer )-:

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last year. We have a son living in Lewisburg. We love this hotel! The rooms are always sparkling clean, we utilize the exercise room, the pool is fantastic for our younger children, and (usually) the service is top notch! This particular visit we checked in at 8:00p.M. Wednesday, Jan. 2. The young lady at the desk (you were doing some remodeling, so the desk was at another location) was rude and very, very inconsiderate of us as guests. She did not smile, she did not welcome us, she did not even say have a nice evening or anything to that effect. It was so no what we were used to that we were in shock and didn't say anything. I knew I would get this review email so I would inform you of her rudeness in this manner. I'm hoping we don't receive this kind of rudeness again, as this is our first choice of hotels when we visit.

My elderly parents stayed two night and were treated really nice. The lady over the breakfast helped them with their food and was very sweet to them. They were impressed with the way they were treated during their stay. My husband has always stayed at Hampton INN when he travels for business, and when our family travels we also us Hampton Inn. Keep up the good work.
