Efficient hotel for overnight stop when arriving at Boston Logan

OK for an overnight stay

Everything the staff were wonderful

service, breakfast, noise abatement.

Everything. We have always been happy to stay here. We generally use it only when we are leaving on vacation or for the kids when then go on a honeymoon trip which we arrange their rooms because they are always very helpful, neat and clean and we appreciate all of that...

Room nicely decorated,lobby and breakfast area is very beautiful, good breakfast an cookies for the evening.

staff and location very good for Boston Airport. Easy to get to the downtown area.

The only thing the waitres, working in the restaurant,has been very rude and unfriendly,besides insulting me in front of my family her name is Dianne? That time shared this situation night manager Ms Simone but do not know what happened

Location to logan airport great clean, comfortable beds..

Booked through expedia and was told parking was free! That's why I normally do not book through any of those sites! But the manager reduced parking fee. Next time I will call hotel directly like I typically do when traveling.

Great room, comfortable beds, terrific pool and spa, great breakfast. I wish we had more time to spend at the hotel before catching a flight via the convenient shuttle!

The availability of a meal in the evening as the area has nowhere close by to eat out. Easy access to the airport. Breakfast to go bags at 6am at reception was an excellent benefit.

It's on a dual carriageway so getting in one way and out the other is a challenge.

The room was good.

The staff were disinterested. The dinner facilities in the hotel were exceptionally poor and the salad ordered was old and not possible to finish.

That you had arrangements for anearly breakfast for those who had to leace before 6.00AM to go to the airport

Price was on the high side,but would it had been cheaper if we had booked direct. When I booked on the web the impression was given that i was booking direct with Hampton Inns,it was only when I was in thee hOtel that i discovered i had booked through an agency.

Our room was excellent. Location near airport was good.

Avoid ordering food in their lounge.

This was our second stay and we'll go back any time we want to visit Boston. Their shuttle service to and from the airport and to and from the train into Boston is a real selling point. They made everything so easy. There was barely any wait. The room was comfortable and had a couch. It was clean and modern. There breakfast was fine with hot items, and it was nice to have a bar for evening drinks. Definitely recommend.

We chose this hotel to visit Boston : easy access to public transportation, reasonably priced for the level of comfort we were looking for. We liked the comfortable room, good choice of breakfast and helpful Staff

Only two, slow, elevators. Too much wait at the elevator. Breakfast room too small, difficult to find sitting Shuttle to public transportation was not that convenient : pick-up at the train station coming back from Boston, then tour all airport terminals, then back to the train station to pick-up other people, then finally to the hotel.

Rooms were very nicely designed/decorated.

Only issue was the laundry facility was small for a hotel this size.

We found the hotel very comfortable (the beds especially so), clean and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The complementary shuttle bus was a real asset and much appreciated both for getting to and from the airport and to other local destinations

One of the drivers was somewhat erratic and possibly dangerous (all were very polite and helpful though)

The staff was very friendly and helpful with smiles. The breakfast was extra nice and lots of choices. Cookies in the afternoon really made the grandsons happy. The bed was comfortable. Shuttle service was nice to have.

Ordered food from the restaurant one time in the evening and the food was a big disapointment. The waffle fries were soggy. The fish was not good quality. Cabbage slaw was not good and if it had been good, the serving was too small. I don't remember the other food items , but I know it was not so good. The shuttle drivers were all very kind, but both times the black man drove us, he drove kinda wild and we were bounced all over the seat and went from side to side with neck and body jerks. I received a neck and shoulder jerk that is still giving me problems and pain.He had a big smile but his driving was not safe.
