The staff was very friendly and quite willing to help us with whatever we needed.

We love that the fact that the bedding is laundered after each room is vacated!

Small complaint...loved the fruit salad but would alos like to have bananas available. Breakfast offerings were great.

We have been staying there for many years, and this is the first time we were disappointed. The second queen size bed didn't look freshly made. The comforter was clumpy and lumpy. We didn't even use that bed since it didn't look comfortable. since it didn't look comfortable.

Good location close to an exit of I495; reasonably good mall just behind the hotel.

Hotel currently undergoes some refurbishments - it's unavoidable from time to time but it decreases comfort and quality of stay.

Great hotel, great value for the money! Personnell very friendly, excellent service, inside pool, rich breakfast, central location in Long Island for all beaches. We stayed 2 nights and would go there again anytime! :-))

Breakfast included - american cheap style with plastic cutlery, lots of sugar in everything - this could be improved a lot with some non-sugary cereals and non-sugar youghurt and real bread Old cigarette smell in non-smoking rooms.

The sheets never stayed on the bed - they were too small; the ice bucket was never emptied from the water - the maid just put a new plastic bag in the bucket on top of the melted ice

Location and price were good, breakfast was only okay compared to other Hamtpon Inn stays, elevator was very slow. I requested a non-smoking room and booked several weeks in advance. My room smelled really, really bad and while it didn't have any ashtrays, there were burn holes in the rug and the room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke, Two days later my clothes still smell of smoke. It is digusting!!! Since the hotel was totally booked, I couldn't change my room. For this reason only, I would not recommend the hotel.

The only things I didn't particularly care for were the low water pressure, the very strong smell of cigarette smoke in my room and the extremely slow elevator.

kamer rook niet fris, is ws in gerookt, airco maakte giga veel kabaal, kamerdeur was beschadigd, sloot niet goed, ontbijt eenzijdig en ongezond, niet aangevuld, ontbijtruimte te klein voor aantal gasten, daardoor onderlinge irritatie doordat er te weinig stoelen waren, toilet op begane grond was smering, met haren en ander afval in het douchegedeelte.

Personnel serviable et réactif. Equipement des chambres satisfaisant. Taille des chambres confortable comme dans toute cette chaîne.

Beaucoup de comodités, frigo avec congélateur, micro-onde... Petit déjeuner varié et très bon... Emplacement parfait pour visiter le north et south...et les Hamptons... Nous étions parcontre hors saison, je n'ai pas trouvé de petite cuillère pour ajouter à ma collection...

The staff was very accommodating. The hotel was located right off the expressway making it easy to get to my destinations. Though I didn't get a chance to use their pool, it looked very inviting. The breakfast bar had everything you could possibly want which saved money and time going elsewhere.
