Loved the staff...being greeted to warmly...telling us everything that was available to us. We noticed that there were a lot of kids when we arrived...we heard not a peep either in the hallways or over our heads...what a treat! We loved everything...nothing we didnt like!

Location and it was clean!! The only thing that was an issue was the man and younger gal at the front desk. Talked very loud about a married person trying to hit up the gal. The man only had ears for her. When I had a question I had to wait until their conversation was finished to ask a question about the area, then he took a call, I waited for him to finish the call for 4 minutes, needless to say the customer on the phone was much more important that the one standing in front of him!!! I couldn't wait any longer! She tried to help but had no idea of the area around the hotel.

Room was small but clean and comfortable. It did not match the description of "a double room" as the only thing that it had was two queen size beds. Breakfast was satisfying. Hotel was easy to find and excellent location for our needs. Will stay there again.

Buona posizione, tra New York e gli Hamptons. Staff molto gentile, buoni consigli per ristoranti nella zona. Piscina e palestra apprezzati dai ragazzi, anche computer con stampante.

El personal del hotel, son muy amables nos ayudaron a dejar el coche de alquiler en otro oficina distinta a la que teniamos que dejarlo.Y nos llevaron a la parada de tren mas sercana para llegar al centro de New york. No lo teniamos contratado con ellos, ellos mismo se ofrecieron. Genial.

I liked the desk in the king rooms it definitely helped me get some work done. I will never rent a smokers room again. In the brochures in the room I looked for the name of the wireless network that was never told me what it was. I just looked at the list of channels to find out what the name of the network was called.
