Fantastic personnel - genuinly helpfull and service minded. Everything works and they have put some thought into it. For instance they have info cards to give out on how to get from the hotel to all major sights. Great breakfast included in price. Highly recommended.

No capacity for breakfast for amount of people. Limited space in breakfast area.

Location next to theatres, bed and temperature of the room, quiet on the 18th floor, kept breakfast area well-tended, very nice fresh fruit every morning

Breakfast area does not have enough seating area, having lobby on the 4th floor seemed awkward,

Loved the design and comfort. The hotel was in walking distance of shopping, sightseeing and bars!

I was bitten by bed bugs. I would recommend this hotel assuming they fix this problem.

Breakfast was pretty poor.

The service was exceptional. The staff served us beyond our expectations. For example, when we asked our bellman (Reny) where a good place for dinner was, he not only gave us a recommendation, but he made our reservation. This meant alot to us since we had never been to Chicago before.

There were only a couple minor things we would recommend to have made our stay perfect. First, it would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room. With the portion sizes of most of the restaurants, alot of food was wasted simply because we had nowhere to preserve it. This would have especially been helpful with amount of Giordano's pizza we had left over. Second, althought there was a vent in our bathroom, there was no fan. So, hot showers left the mirror fogged for a very long time because there was no fan.

Sehr zentrale Lage, auch vom Flughafen sehr gut öffentlich erreichbar (U-Bahn Haltestelle ca. 150M vom Hotel entfernt!). Zimmer sehr ordentlich, bequeme Betten Ideal für eine Erkundung der Stadt.

Wer auf eine europäisches Frühstück Wert legt, könnte enttäuscht sein. Es wird effiziente amerikanische Küche geboten. Alles Selbstbedienung aber auch das meiste "aus der Dose" (selbst der Teig für die Waffeln kommt aus einer großen Konservendose). Für den der nur einen Kaffee und einen Toast haben will ist alles O.K. Sehr positiv, dass jeden Tag frisches Obst verfügbar war.

Хорошее расположение, буквально центр Чикаго. Метро в 3 шагах, все достопримечательности рядом. Вежливый персонал. Предоставили нам завтрак , когда мы приехали пораньше до заселения. Завтраки великолепные,сытные. Номер супер. Чисто,красиво,уютно.

Je n'ai jamais réussi à pouvoir bénéficier du Wifi le matin.

Nos ha gustado mucho la ubicación, el confort de la habitación, la limpieza y sobre todo, la amabilidad del personal de habla hispana que nos resolvió todas las dudas que nos surgieron.

Echamos mucho en falta, una cadena de televisión de habla hispana, o poder tener información instantánea de la evolución de nuestro pais.

Su gente maravillosa , amable servicial y càlida como nos gusta a los latinos... Es mi primera opciòpn en Chicago .

El primer dia tuvimos un inconveniente con la limpieza... Pero que fue rà`pidamente soliucionado por el segundo al mando. Gracias .

Accueil du personnel. Le remboursement d'une nuit suite à un changement de chambre au cours du séjour à cause de l'apparition d'un bruit assez important survenu dans les conduites.

Le lieu du petit déjeuner : c'est aussi la réception (paiements, réservations, départs,...) ; il y a peu de places assises à table ; on déjeune dans des fauteuils, le long du buffet ou même debout près des ascenseurs. C'est aussi le lieu des deux seuls ordinateurs (dont un est tombé en panne lors de notre séjour et toujours pas réparé après trois jours). On y fait la file ... Et c'est aussi le seul lieu de l'hôtel où l'on peut s'asseoir ; pas d'autres salons, pas de bar. Pas de pains frais au petit-déjeuner. Et tout est servi dans de la vaisselle jetable, assiettes, gobelets et couverts. Pas de frigo et pas de mini-bar dans les chambres.
