Just two elevators. 1 was often broken.

Having travelled widely and having used many different qualities of hotel, we found our stay very comfortable. We have to say that the beds and pillows were the most comfortable we have ever had!

We stayed as a family husband and wife and two daughters aged 19 and 21,and booked two rooms ( we were all on the 14th floor so no noise from the steet)) couldnt have chosen a better location or hotel. It is a 10 minute walk from Time Square and subways are close by. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, there was always a table free, the hot cider and cookies at the end of a busy day was an added bonus. Staff were very helpful, rooms were cleaned every day. The price was very reasonable and worth every penny. Would certainly recommend.

Though room was a little bit small, room was always nice and clean and located very convenient area.They have tea/coffee service for 24 hours. They sometimes have free cookies at lobby. The hotel man at front desk was very kind. The continental breakfast(fresh waffles, eggs, bread, yogult, etc...) were available. WiFI free internet access was available.

The toilet was sucks! The toilet was clogged and the room was flooded because of that!! I've never seen such a scene. There is no fridge.

Front desk staff were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room was of adequate size, very clean and beds comfortable.There was an excellent choice @ Breakfast each morning of a hot and cold buffet, also loved the all day hot beverages on offer. Hotel close to subway,shopping and dinning. My family would defiantly stay here again given the opportunity, thank you for the memorable experience.

Our room was located beside an ice machine

We booked two rooms. Our room had a king sized bed which was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Our facilities were comfortable and very clean. We particularly appreciated the tea making facilities. Our rooms looked onto the street, and although this meant that we heard the rubbish vehicles at 5am, we appreciated the view. The teenagers had two queen sized beds which they also found extremely comfortable, and they enjoyed the tv! The breakfasts were excellent, with something for everyone - you could make your own waffles, there was a cooked breakfast which changed daily, and delicious yoghurts and diced fruit. The staff were helpful and welcoming, from reception staff to the cleaners. Our teenagers used the gym once and were satisfied with that. We were pleased to be able to leave our bags securely once we had checked out of the room. We will return to this hotel. It was worth every penny. We requested adjoining rooms, and this is what we had.

The staff was courteous, helpful, & professional. The location is perfect. The rooms are fine - modern and clean. Breakfast is good, hot and cold basics. Love the 24hr tea, coffee & hot chocolate, and afternoon cookies. Would return.Would recommend.

Problem with internet connections a liability - tho the staff tried to get their service provider to clear the problems I could not access email and other things from the hotel's business centre for the duration of my three night stay. Wifi in the room helped with this dilemma.
