Great hotel, clean, good breakfast, and close to the main subway lines. Rooms comfortable and in a quieter section of town but close to shopping and restaurants. Great stay! |

Clean and relatively quiet hotel on a good location with three subway stations nearby. For NY good and big rooms. Simple breakfast, but good enough and inluded in the price. Very friendly staff. |

The location was excellent due to the short walk to the subway. Beds were very comfortable and the room was what I was expecting for a NYC hotel. The internet access in the lobby was very handy. |

To visit Manhattan, the hotel is ideally located. Breakfast (included) was excellent and very varied. Free internet worked well. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was larger than we usually experience in New York. Room was very quiet, hardly any street noises. Even the elevators worked all the time. Wide choice of restaurants in the near vicinty. We will certainly be back ! |

The location of the hotel was perfect for my stay. The hotel is old and needs a makeover. What it lacks in aesthetics it makes up for in price. You can't beat the rates. |

The hotel was very mostly within walking distance of major sights and shopping venues. The staff were without exception helpful and good humoured. For Manhattan accommodation, it was reasonably priced. Outlook not wonderful, but no great problem either. |

The staff was very professional. The room was clean, neat and modern. I loved the location. We were close to everything. The free breakfast was great! That was a perfect way to start a day in NYC. I loved it there and would reccomend it highly. On my next visit to NYC, I will stay there again. |

The Staff was very friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. We asked for a quiet room and so they did. We slept in the queensized beds very well. Breakfast was varied. I would recommend this hotel. |

The staff was the greatest. So nice and helpful. Gave us a lot of help in getting around New York City. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the rooms were so quiet, slept great. Wonderful free breakfast every morning with a variety of hot and cold. |

I liked how comfortable the room was, very homey. Also, I loved that we had a selection of a few different pillows! If the rooms had a bit more space, that would have been nice, but it was fine. Also, I feel that breakfast should be included in the rate. |

Free breakfast was great. Staff very nice, knew you by name and greated you when you came and went. Clean towels and washcloths for 4 were present only 1 of 5 days stayed. We would call and always get them, but it seemed like they ran out while cleaning the rooms. |
