Everything was very good. All our needs/ wishes were satisfied.

I believe the price for such a hotel, like all manhattan hotels, is however high.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The location was "quiet" for New York. It was located near many places we wanted to visit. The subway stations were nearby. Always fresh fruit available in the breakfast room. One of our party left items after checking out and the front desk called to let us know they had the items.

Paying New York prices. The coffee at breakfast wasn't very good. Weak and bitter - even the "robust" selection. But we like strong coffee.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, spacious especially by Manhattan standards, subway just around the corner, wonderful business center for internet and printing documents, free tea and coffee 24 hours a day, handy daily breakfast, free WiFi, welcoming staff

It can be slightly long until you get the elevator at your floor, but it is a 20-floor Manhattan building after all!

The breakfast was good and the location to subways excellent. Clean hotel.

My room was on 8th floor. View into someone apartment and wall. But I didn't spend much time looking out the window so it was fine. Also one if the front desk ladies. Need to relax more and remember she is in the service industry.

The location was great. The rooms were clean.

My work cell phone was stolen from the room. I brought this phone with me just in case I had a work-related issue. I turned it off and placed it in the side pocket of by brief case. It never even dawned on me to lock it up somewhere. When we packed up to leave, it was gone. Management made no attempt to address the issue.

I liked the availabilty of free drinks in the lobby and the computer availabilty and laundry facilities. Breakfast was ok. My son liked the view from the top.

Being on the 10th floor. Would have preferred to be lower down, but maybe I should have specified at time of booking. Receptionists could smile more! Thought the hotel was very expensive. Understand it's New York, but still high price.

Generally very good. It was worth even more the money we spent, considering the location, the very close subway stations and the hotel itself. Breakfast free has been a very good advantage

Too noisy heating system in the room

The breakfast area was very nice. In addition to eating breakfast our friends were able to congregate and have a cup of coffee.

The hotel is at 24th street, in the midle of soho and Broadway. So you can walk almost everywhere. The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are small but I was traveling alone so I didin't need more space.

I really don't know if it was the hotel or the cold (I walked really a lot), but the second day I got kind of a rash in my legs. I didn't tell the staff because I don't know what it is. I used the cream they give you at the bathroom and it got worse. I left Ny 3 days ago and still have the rash. I repeat, don't know if it was an alergic reaction or what. I'm not alergic to anything. So I'll see a doctor and change this review if needed.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Great location within walking distance of everything.

Great location, breakfast and day staff. Afternoon coffee and cookies were a real treat.

Some night-time staff Unclean towels left in our room when we checked-in. Not ideal after a 9 hour flight. Noisy ice maker on the 9th floor

The room we had was very quiet at the back of the building. The breakfasts were nice and the choice was OK. The cookies and milk was very welcome at the end of a long day sight seeing and the coffee and drinks machines were nice although they did run out quite quickly!!

Fab location , major sights were all very accessible from here. There is a subway station one block away and the journey from the airport only took one hour on the subway.
