It was everything I would have expected from a hotel, a place where one wants to be comfortable and welcome to spend a few days on vacation (could have been business or anything), the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful at all times, breakfast was gorgeous, complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, buiscuits, bananas, apples ... 24/7!, the room and bathroom was clean and comfortable, the location is perfect: two subway stations two blocks away, and walking distance to main streets with shopping and restaurants

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. How close the hotel is to the Holland Tunel. Made it very difficult to leave the area with a vehicle.

Location in Soho next to shopping area staff very helpful rooms and baths are modern and clean Overpriced, overvalued lobby is small and depressing only 2 elevators for 19 stories breakfast crowded every day on that weekend at times, either danish or scrambled eggs were missing very small rooms

Value was tremendous. Staff was great, location was perfect, rooms were clean, breakfast was tasty and bountiful. It was just a great hotel. Traffic to the Lincoln tunnel (two blocks away) is very bad around here and creates a lot of congestion and noise at times. Not very much more then regular City traffic but worth mentioning.

The staff at the front desk went above and beyond! They even offered me a fridge for my room to store my leftovers! Every staff member I encountered was very pleasant and attentive.

We had a quiet room with a view towards Empire State Building. Everything was perfect, starting with the room, the breakfast, the staff. The Metro station is only 5 minutes away and SoHo is a really cool place to go,shop, have a coffee... I definitely can recommend this hotel!!!

Love this hotel-the staff is always so helpful and kind. Comfy beds, nice rooms, but the SHOWER has THE BEST WATER PRESSURE I've ever experienced. Better than mine at home! Brandon in the bar is wonderful, too! I wish there was free wi-fi in the room.

Well I can say that the staff are friendly especially when I ask for a bottled water they make sure I got one complimentary.The breakfast entrees were good and the service was excellent.The location is stragetically accessible for all tourist like us I just love being there.Also I should mention that from the 20th floor room 1010 I was able to see the view of the city lights took pictures from there that is really great and amazing.I Should say ajani you are one of the best employees in Hampton Inn Soho thanks for having an awesome customer service I would always come back to Hampton Inn Claudette From British Columbia Canada

Great location in Soho, close to the subway 1,2,3 ACE lines. Excellent staff, and very comfortable bed. The printer was out of toner for the 4 days we stayed there which was annoying when it came to printing boarding passes. Otherwise not able to fault.

It was a nice experience. I am a gold member so we received a goody bag from the start plus and excellent room with a view. Did not tell me that it was at the entrnce of the HOLLAND Tunnel. But it turned out being an advantage when returning home to NJ.

The staff were excellent and so accommodating. Came into nyc early after a long cruise and we were tired. Got there 4 hours or more before actual check in time, and they checked us in without us even having to ask. Excellent service, super friendly and very helpful. We also had an excellent room, 1605 overlooking downtown. I will stay here again for sure. So impressed! We had some loud neighbours at about 3 am which sucked, but had nothing to do with the hotel.
