I travel alone on business and the price for one is a little steep for me, I often have to stay three nights totaling 750-800, I am a small business owner.
Location, gym, cleanliness, coffee and tea available all day.

Would love a mini fridge
Quiet, comfortable and a good size room for NYC.
May 14, 2015
Very big price difference in the nights we stayed there. One night was $90 more than the other.
Service was perfect

The fruit was spoiled at breakfast :(

Brekky was good. Staff member Clayton was extremely helpful. TY Clayton for your help and hospitality. Will return again.

Breakfast was not great. Some more healthy options would have been great.
Quiet, comfortable room. Loved that the window could open and we could turn off the air conditioner. Bathroom could use a bit more shelf space.

Staff not helpful at all, upon arrival had a trouble with the credit card and the staff instead to support was horrible pretending a cash payment of full stay treated really badly! Day after when of course credit card issue was solved they pretend to smile and be nice... was my second time at the hotel never again.
Location is perfect close to everything in downtown and subway

The rooms were very small and not well equipped. The bathroom didn't have a shelf or counter space for toiletries. The bed was not very comfortable.
Location, location, location.

Room was a delightful surprise - more spacious and well-appointed than I expected. Staff very helpful. Would stay there again.

Everything was good. I just have to say the restroom by the breakfast area was kind of messy

nice room and breakfast
April 9, 2015
Location is a little out of the heart of SOHO
Helpful staff and Roof Top Deck.
April 8, 2015
The breakfast room was very crowded, quite difficult to find a seat.
Clean, wide room with a view on the Empire State Building.
April 8, 2015
Wifi and hot water didn't work properly.
The location of the hotel is good, and close to the subway line that goes to JFK. Having the breakfast included is an amenity that not too many hotels in the US offer, and they provide a good variety of items. Service there was absolutely great! Very patient and corteous servers, although the restaurant was full!

There was an issue with hot water while our stay due to a broken boiler. The breakfast is served on plastic plates and cutlery producing a lot of garbage.
The hotel offers free internet trough out the property. Breakfast is extensive for this reasonable priced hotel including oatmeal, fresh fruits, yoghurt and cereals of various types, fresh waffles and eggs. Coffee and tea is offered complimentary all day. Rooms are New York sized but with full closet, a desk and armchair. The bathroom was new and clean.

No hot water means no shower... Hotel only knocked $60 off a $1000 for my troubles. Not quite in line with Hampton Inn's slogan: "If you’re not satisfied, we don’t expect you to pay"

Fab location, wonderful staff, amazing view from bedroom, breakfast a bonus
April 4, 2015
Beds not so comfy and room was small. We kept bumping into each other. Also, no counter space in bathroom. For the great price, we would stay again
Close to subway, TriBeCa, Little Italy, breakfast included

There was nothing not to like!!! Great hotel and stay and affordable!!
Location was absolutely great!!! And was perfect for my business trip. In walking distance to trains!!! Nice!!! And the front desk staff were very welcoming!!
March 31, 2015
They used the ice machine extensively outside our room at 6am both mornings for breakfast needs. There was only 1 regular coffee pouch in the room, the bed slanted toward the head and wireless service was constantly lost.
The location was nice and so was the room as well as friendly staff, but it's a noisy street and so close to the Holland Tunnel it was difficult for cabs to get us close and:
March 29, 2015
Halls were a bit noisy with maids talking, and doors slamming!
Coffey Beds! Nice showers!
March 28, 2015
The room was clean, neat and relatively spacious for a New York hotel. Location was good for what we needed. Staff was very helpful in spite of the fact that they were having trouble with their computer system.
