Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Apart from that everything was as expected, no positive or negative surprises, no personal touches, which is the reason for choosing such a hotel in the first place.
Breakfast served on styrofoam plates, plastic cutlery and paper cups. Having proper utensils would make the experience feel a bit more enjoyable than eating at McDonalds.
We stayed for 9 nights. Friendly, helpful staff. Room met expectations. Good location for soho, Greenwich and close subway for multiple lines. Included breakfast.
No fridge in room
Location was excellent and the staff very helpful.
The mattress was too soft and breakfast was less than exciting!
It seems to be rundown Staff was not helpful. Couldn't help get a cab couldn't change 100 $ bill
The location was great, close to restaurants, shops, and cafes "specially Ladurèe"
All what I didn't like was the room. The view was to nothing basically ! The bed sheet was lumpy, the bathroom door's lock doesn't work, and the shower hose was leaking.
Free coffee machines
Elevators are very slow
Location and your employees
Comfortable room, plenty of closet and drawer space.
Disappointed to find out that *no* dairy alternatives available at breakfast. I am allergic to dairy and having at least one alternative milk - either soy, almond, or rice - would have made breakfast much nicer. Also - the counter space in the bathroom was extremely limited. Another shelf would have been very useful.
Very close to subway station, and the staff were always friendly. Large variety for breakfast.
Not many quality restaurants near the hotel. Lots of traffic but not as much noise as expected (but we stayed on the higher floors).
Great location, walking distance to many great restaurants.
I was very pleasantly surprised with this place. There was complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate all day, free cookies at reception, a bar with happy hour, and HBO (I guess all hotels have this but I wasn't expecting it). Everyone was nice. And it was very cheap. Neutrogena products, more than I needed, and totally great. Really was not expecting much for what I paid. The breakfast was included, looked good, but I was running late so missed it.
There was a little cosmetic rug issue at the door (like ripped carpet) and though the beds were great and totally comfortable, I found that the comforters were weirdly lumpy. I still slept like a baby, but super sensitive people might complain.
The air conditioner didnt work had a man for a while trying to fix it. Awkward with him in the room for so long.
Loved the cookies at check in, and the free breakfast was handy. This hotel is in between two train lines that access all the major tourist destinations. It's right in the shopping and dining precinct in SoHo. It is excellent value for money, and we would definitely stay again!
The room was small, the air conditioner was loud to the point of waking us up every time it went on overnight, and the shower had very little water pressure.
Front door opens to steet leading to Holland Tunnel. Always many, impossible for cabs to get to it.
Location, & very helpful staff.
Shower a little slow running
Front desk was nice, wifi worked well, free breakfast was delicious
That I was originally charges 320 for the room but with all the taxes and charges it ended up being 390...
Not a bad price for where it was at. Good thing it was around the corner and some blocks down from a bar-restaurant that I was going there for a concert!
What I didn't like was that it doesn't have it's own parking or underground parking lot.
It had an amazing price for location at a last minute booking. Very clean & had friendly staff. Decent breakfast included. Next to a subway entrance. Eco friendly. Comfortable beds and pillows. Sheets and blankets were soft.
Coffee wasn't too great.
confortable bed and good size room great shower
the dirty chairs in the breakfast area the price of a drink $10. for a brandy
AC in my room was loud and/or broken
Staff were amazing and very friendly ! Breakfast was also really good
a bit rundown
The breakfast is delicious!
They don't have a shuttle to airport.
