Everything was good. Comfortable bed, good breakfast, good wifi on the second floor.
I liked it all.
Complimentary breakfast, 24-hr tea and coffee, and toiletry needs. Shower was great.
Heater was noisy and made room too dry. Thin walls.
Good location, close to Subway Restaurants, bars. High floor room view of Brooklyn Bridge Good hearty breakfast included Lovely staff, helpful friendly and efficient
Rooms little on small size but..its New York
Location and facilities, price for where it is.
Toilet did not flush correctly, reported to staff.
Coffe, tea and hot chocolate 24 hours a day. Great staff, clean room, fun location.
Cleanliness. It was really clean and I felt comfortable.
no fridge so we couldn't keep food and drink in our room much longer.
Good facilities Excellent bed Quiet neighbourhood with easy access to underground Hot chocolate, coffee around the clock
I contacted the hotel by email twice before my trip with some questions; I never received an answer Breakfast is limited : first morning there was fresh fruit salad, after that none; rather fatty breakfast food with very few alternative options. Staff friendly in general but some of them not always very smiley and sometimes very preoccupied with paperwork or other things rather than the client in front of them.
The staff was excellent and freindly. The room was spacious for its price and location.
The elevators took forever to arrive during busy times. No convenient eating places nearby. Not enough healthy breafkast selections.
This hotel was in an excellent location, we could walk everywhere which was great as there are so many great restaurants & shops near by
Nothing! Would definable stay here again!
The staff were courteous and hospitable.
the curtains do not close completely and there is an office building right in front! It is really hard to move around in the room when they can see you ...
Great location, excellent breakfast and very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
So so breakfast (better than none) Staff Location
Quiet room ( 11th floor),clean, nice view from the window, very helpful staff, breakfast included ( but after 8 days you tend to get tired of the breakfast meny) , good location in Soho ( but if you live on the first floors you might be disturbed but the line of traffic outside the entrance at evenings - for us this was no problem.
The hotel was what you would expect from a good hotel anywhere , but you would not even pay half that price for such a hotel in Europe.
+Mohammed and Tiana (or Liana...) were so amazing help for early check-in! Also the evening staff were always so friendly. A+ on vibrant staff. +great space and plenty of wardrobe space provided +great view of the city and distant Empire State Building +huge shower with beautiful tiles and floor to ceiling glass shower doors
Comfort of the room and the bed.
Staff friendliness just about average. Rather expensive.
I used this hotel as a base during work travel. The staff kept my bag for a couple of days and would not accept a tip for the hassle. I am going back next week, so I totally reccomend. Great Location
The breakfast is not so great, but fine.
Very helpful staff. Comfortable bedroom with super view of the Empire State building. The hotel barman was a great character, chatty and welcoming. We were there for four nights and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast room and reception areas are clean and well maintained, a little basic but we weren't there to sit indoors so not an issue for us.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Apart from that everything was as expected, no positive or negative surprises, no personal touches, which is the reason for choosing such a hotel in the first place.
Breakfast served on styrofoam plates, plastic cutlery and paper cups. Having proper utensils would make the experience feel a bit more enjoyable than eating at McDonalds.
We stayed for 9 nights. Friendly, helpful staff. Room met expectations. Good location for soho, Greenwich and close subway for multiple lines. Included breakfast.
No fridge in room
Location was excellent and the staff very helpful.
The mattress was too soft and breakfast was less than exciting!
It seems to be rundown Staff was not helpful. Couldn't help get a cab couldn't change 100 $ bill
The location was great, close to restaurants, shops, and cafes "specially Ladurèe"
All what I didn't like was the room. The view was to nothing basically ! The bed sheet was lumpy, the bathroom door's lock doesn't work, and the shower hose was leaking.
