every thing espcially the bed I was so tired after 15 hours flight, get some rest and went for sight seeing and had so much fun the location is perfect you can walk every where

Staff- Room kept very clean Safe was broken. Fixed by the next day. To our surprise, a box of cupcakes arrived to apologize for our inconvenience. Great staff- very professional.

We were there for both business and pleasure. The hotel has a great location. The staff was excellent and provided great service. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

The breakfast food wasn't that great.

All are expectations were met. Coffee is good, and the attention to detail from staff was a nice touch.

The breakfast room really needs to be bigger as it was difficult to get a seat. One day we had to eat in our room.

We stayed at Hampton Inn during late April '13 and found the staff and facilities to be excellent. The guest services lady was always welcoming and took an interest in our family. She made our stay memorable. The location was 2 blocks from the centre of Times Square and a 10min walk to Central Park. Our kids loved this place, especially the breakfast. We would stayed again and again. Highly recommended.

I did not feel it was up to Hampton Inn usual standards. Carpet was old, bath needs refurbishing, mattress was old

The staff was extremely pleasant from the moment we walked through the door. They made us feel welcome. We were there celebrating my daughters 21st birthday and they sent her complimentary items as a gift. Great touch. We got great show tickets right downstairs. We will never stay anywhere else in the city!

1. Room was comfortable and large by New York standards;

1. The breakfast area was too small for the volume of people. 2. It would have been nice to have a clean table to sit at; We cleaned it each morning with hot water from the coffee station as the tables were sticky with syrup. 3. The hot breakfast dishes were not great, particularly the egg dishes.

One block from Broadway; five blocks (easy walk) to Times Square. The breakfasts had a large variety of foods and the staff was EXCELLENT about keeping the food stocked and refilled even with bust crowds and up until the late minutes of the time range.

Generous room size for NYC standards, very comfortable beds, attentive and friendly staff. Close proximity to Times Square (short walk) and to 50th St metro station. Excellent breakfast buffet.

A convenient, central location, close enough to Times Square and Central Park, without being in the 'thick' of it. The staff was very friendly.

The appeal of 'breakfast included' was not worth the chaos, although they had a clever sign warning that depending on when you chose to eat could be the difference between calm and 'tumultuous'!

We loved the location. Walking distance of plays, restaurants, and times square. We also just loved the bedding. Pillows were the best I've slept on and trying now to purchase some. Had an awesome breakfast for everyone. Had free coffee and chocolate in lobby along with free computer and printer access. We would definitely stay there again.
