Location to everything to include Penn train station, 6 blocks, Jaivts center, 6 blocks, times square 6 blocks Affordable price Staff helpful and courteous
hated the shower... there is a bar in the shower, and if you are bigger than a size 6, it will get in your way of taking a comfortable shower. Wifi was iffy, in and out, but free so not too bad. Breakfast hrs were limited to 6-10, who gets up that early after being out all night, not me. elevators- 2 for 32 floors, sometimes took a while to get up or down.
The hotel had a military discount which made the stay more affordable.
Nice hot breakfast daily, with complimentary cookies in the evening.
Rooms were a little small.
The staff at this hotel was absolutely the most accommodating group of people I have been around in years. They were top notch! Always willing to do whatever you needed.
Picky things - the top sheet was too small for the bed and didn't stay on. And the heavy drapes did not close so you could not make it dark in the room.
Various breakfast food combinations. Bed was big enough.
A male front desk staff had no smile for me in most of the time. Room was not spacious enough even if we are normal Asian couple. Hotel location is quite not near main street. Movie channels had no Chinese subtitles.
good breakfast choices easy walking distance to time square , Penn Station and theaters staff was helpful room was clean and well looked after
We loved the breakfast. The best complementary breakfast we've had while in NYC.
We had trouble with the air conditioning unit. Called downstairs and technician came to fix the sensor within 30 minutes.
Clean, well run.
Location was listed as Times Square. It was actually Garment District, and felt a little dicey at night.
I LIKE EVERTHING
I DONT LIKE OF LOCALIZATION, IS BAD, NOT BEAUTIFUL.
The front desk staff are excellent at this hotel. They greeted us and treated us like old friends. Any issue or problem, they immediately solved and helped us. Could not ask for a better place to stay in Manhattan.
Confortable, friendly, clean, well located, nice breakfast selection
Find it kind of expensive (value for money). Wifi slow or interrupted at times
I loved this place because it was in close proximity for my purpose, the amenities were great and the breakfast was really good!
Location, size of room for a NYC hotel, feels like any Hampton Inn
Only 2 elevators for 32 floors is not sufficient and results in long wait for elevator and full elevators in peak hours. Breakfast area too crowded
Very very poor wifi. Staff was not helpful in resolving wifi problems.
Staff very friendly and helpfull
The staff went above and beyond normal curtesy. When arriving after being out all day they always greeted me by name and asked how my day was and if I needed directions or help. Very very friendly, cheerful, and seemed really care about there patrons. I saw same thing with other guest.
My only complaint was that shower doors were very hard to open and close and got off the track very easily.
the location to Time square is good. but too close to Tunnel entrance, very busy
room is small, at 31st floor, city view , half city view , Breakfast crowded during labor day weekend.
Location is just a short walk to Times Square and the subway. Hot breakfast included which was good quality and varied daily. We asked for a high floor so it was very quiet (for New York). Clean well maintained rooms. Not huge rooms but a good size for New York. Helpful & friendly staff. Just a great place.
Quiet Very clean Excellent location 1200 checkout is great
Of course I had to show the total that I had booked with booking.com because I was charged more. I don't like a reservation when you get to location and the price is different. This should be addressed.
The over all comfort was great..Staff very helpful in our first visit to NYC. I wore white sport socks at night while in the room and after our 5 night stay I threw them away as opposed to washing them, they were filthy black on the bottoms. Location to Times Square not bad.
Personally for us the location was a little"seedy". I think that the Hampton Inn Time Square-North property would have been more to our liking as well to our friends that that we might recommend a place to stay while in New York.
Location wasn't bad Price was fine
Conceirge should be fired - not helpful one bit Went out for a full day of activities only to return to a dirty room at 3:30 and the cleaning lady was next door. Wanted to rest so didn't get our room cleaned the entire stay. NOT GOOD!! Only gave us 2 towels and then had to ask when all of them were dirty and needed more since she never cleaned our room. NOT GOOD AGAIN.
Cleanliness, Location is great
Rooms are too small
Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Location, location, location
