    Location was great for our needs. The room was a good size, relatively quiet, and clean. The breakfast had a good variety and better hours than other hotels we have stayed at recently. Got a good nights sleep.

    Housekeeping missed our room the second day of our stay. Cleaning staff blocked our vehicle in the parking garage nearly making us late to a function. Access to underground parking garage (no elevator or access from inside the hotel)

    Very clean and cozy. We enjoyed our one-night stay immensely! and the free breakfast was convenient considering we were heading out on a cruise. They also offer free cruise parking and a free shuttle service to the cruise port.

    its a very central location to restaurants & the metro to take to places like south beach. It isnt as expensive as hotels in miami beach so definitely a good choice. :-)

    wifi is always logging in and out, needs stability.

    You have an excellent employee at the front desk. Her name is Lydia Flores. Very helpful, friendly, wiling to help us with any kind of information. Making our life easier. After that, I like the beds and towels or bathroom in general. I like the fruits that was there at any time of the day for us and our lunch pack for the go.

    I dislike very much, the fact thAt, you didn't have a restaurant, and in my case not a Frigobar in the room, what made our life very uncomfortable, because what you have at near was a horrible place called chicken tropical. Or to order a pizza. Who could eat a pizza at 10 pm after 10 hours flight??!, As we didn't had a Frigobar it was impossible to buy any kind of food for an emergencies.

    The staff were wonderful

    Still using disposable plates and cutlery in the restaurant! The rubbish generated by this hotel must be a crime against the environment.

    A clean and modern hotel, conveniently located close to the metrorail and bus routes.The staff were very helpful. We were especially pleased with the complimentary coffee/tea and bowl of fruit in the lobby - available throughout the day. The "Breakfast on the House" was excellent and much appreciated.

    The overall impresson was not bad but had disappointing trouble during endless check out.

    We got in big trouble at check out and lost nearly a hour because the hotel stuff denied to accept the booking.com-rate of our contract. They asked for more nearly 900 USD and wanted to deduct from the credit card. Big discussions were going on. Made me a feeling I am a beggar... Firstly, the unfriendly lady told us that the reason for the price difference is the tax. 577USD plus 13% ??? Later she said, only Hilton prices are valid and not booking.com. Very bad experience!

    Rooms are big, location is a couple of blocks from Coconut Grove and close to the metrorail station which is the easiest and fastest way to go to Dadeland Mall.

    Only 2 elevators which means having to wait to use it. Some staff at the reception desk is very rude ( notably a 45ish woman)

    The room was Quiet, the beds were comfy. The breakfast was good and changed every day.

    Parking was cramped but tolerable.

    Rooms were clean and comfortable.

    We were not informed that they would be renovating the lobby and also that some of the parking would not be available. Also had to make a fuss to get use of safety deposit box.

    I like that it was right off US1 but still quiet and comfortable.

    It is a decent hotel, not the best Hampton I've stayed in. I would probably only recommend for business travelers or people just staying a night or two.

    Comfortable bed, large room, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, free wifi that worked well, good location next to US1.

    Disposable cups, plates etc at breakfast, change of towels every day in spite of not leaving them on the floor, disposable cups in rooms... Wake up Hampton and let's stop generating all this waste.!!

    Well located for visiting University of Miami but not far from downtown or Miami Beach. Free parking & free breakfast. Nice pool. Convenient to restaurants and shops of Coconut Grove.

    I like the breakfast,and the items in the bathroom,shampoos,creams,etc

    The manager(the latin woman)was rude,because I called for some items that I forgott in the room.she told me (rude)they put in the waste when is food,BUT she can review more,and be polite.i also forgott another thinks and called for this.Finally,the other woman(working in the afternoon,but is not Angela,i don't remember her name)helped to me and I recover my items.The manager called to me again very rude and asked why I called againif "I told you,we put in the waste..bla,bla,bla'

    Problems will be solved by the staff at once!

    The temperature in the Lobby was too cold, especially at breakfast!
