Rooms were clean, location was good, staff friendly

Not sure why this is rated so high. It's just a standard place - Red Cliffs Lodge much nicer for the same price (but not as near the city of Moab).

The front desk reception girl was not the most friendly. The breakfast was not good.

Good bathroom. Quick response by maintenance staff to problem with toilet.

Poor quality breakfast. Corridors did not seem very clean. No refrigerator in room. Moab seems expensive, but I thought we paid top dollar for a fairly ordinary room.

New, clean, good location, close to park.

Price, but all hotels in Moab are pricey.

Staff made an adjustment to our room location.

Parking is tight. Room location request in booking .com did not show on their system.

Location was good and staff helpful

No refrigerator in room which other Hamptons had on our trip so disappointing. Air conditioner was noisy and failed several times while there so disrupted sleep. Reported to staff and hopefully fixed for others visiting after us.

Very comfortable room, very clean, breakfast service was excellent.

Price was a little high, esp local tax. Outdoor jacuzzi - it was very cold during my stay.

    Everything was adequate.

It was overpriced. There were several hotels within 100 meters for half or even less than half the price. The breakfast was minimal.

Beautiful new Hampton Inn on entrance to town. Rooms spacious, quiet even though street side. Breakfast full menu options and well maintained. Dining room more decorator oriented and seating not very functional. Would recommend

    Seating in dining room.

Standard Hampton Inn - friendly and efficient staff, and very comfortable rooms.

Like all Hampton Inns - and probably most other Moab hotels - the breakfast is pretty basic, complete with plastic cutlery. And there is no food or bar available later in the day. But there are loads of good restaurants nearby.

Due to proximity of Arches NP, this as well as other motels in Moab are expensive. Pool is too small. Parking lots are narrow.

large room (we had a 2 queens room), nice breakfast with great service lady, great beds, good sized pool to cool off. great recommendations for dinner. good location to walk downtown.

refrigerator is other than advertised on the website not included in the standard room rate. we asked for a fridge and hotel staff told us we had to pay 15$ per day for one (at the end we got it without additional payment). it took them 3hrs to bring the fridge to the room.
