Great location, breakfast is excellent and not normally included in NYC hotels.Staff friendly, rooms clean, free wifi and free safety deposit boxes was a bonus, would stay there again. Only downside was no hotel bar however there are many bars, coffee shops, delhi´s within 250m of the hotel so this was not a major problem. |

i liked during my stay that the hotel was close to main attractions of the city, the rooms were nice and the breakfast really good! what i did not like was that they serve plastic cups and plates for breakfast, it might be easier for them but it is not really enviromental friendly |

On arrival the toilet was blocked but was fixed within 5 mins of my call to maintainance. Good location for sightseeing. view from window and breakfast could get very busy. |

All the staff were courteous and efficient at all times during our stay and particularly helpful in organising transport to the airport on departure. We booked a room with two double beds and when we arrived they had only akingsize available. They offered a move the following day, but I declined as we had unpacked! |

Close to everything worth seeing in NYC. Helpful hotel employees. Cheapest central hotel we could find on short notice. Improve the breakfast menu or exclude breakfast from room price. Offer luggage transport from hotel to nearest station. |

Convenient, central location. Hotel was close to location where Vamoose Bus Line from Washington DC dropped off their passengers (One block away- walking distance). As well as picking up passengers for departure from NYC. Room was too confining for two people with only one chair. Having to sit on the bed was very uncomfortable. Serving breakfast only to 9:30 was too short a time as most people came at the same time causing excessive conjestion in the dining room. I would not like to stay in your hotel for more than one day at a time. |

I liked the fact that there was a continental breakfast included in the price, otherwise there was no real value for the money, you can stay closer to Time Square for the same money. Good location, 15 min walk to Time Square and close to shopping. I didn't like the fact that the breakfast hours ended at 9:00 when you are on vacation you want to sleep in a bit, 10:00 would be a better cut off time. Rooms were a bit cramped, not much room to put your luggage and the beds are double so not as comfortable as a queen with 2 people sharing. |
