This hotel is centrally located for visiting Manhattan with 3 of the main subway lines just 3 streets away. Times Sq is about a 10 minute walk away during busy periods and the empire state building is about a 10 minute walk away in the opposite direction. The room was clean and maids came each day to replace towels and make beds. Bedding is not changed daily but you are provided with a card to place on your bed everytime you want your sheets changing, all part of being eco-friendly. Breakfast was served between 6 & 10 which was a basic breakfast. We had bagels and toast most mornings as preference but felt this was more than enough to set us up for the day ahead. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful in explaining routes and giving general advice about the city and travelling around. They arranged a private taxi service to take us to jfk which arrived on time and was a more comfortable ride than the yellow cab we had taken into the city on arrival and cost only $5 more!! Would definetly recommend this hotel and would also stay there again myself. Ideal hotel for someone visiting the city and doing sightseeing with a clean room to rest and recharge in and a good working clean bathroom.

Location and the Tariff was the major motivation. The breakfast was ample in supply, but the scrambled eggs were dessicated. We booked a room meant for 4 adults with two Double beds - the room was just enough to sleep.

The staff where Vey helpful, bent over backwards to please us, the breakfast was fresh and the staff were very efficient. The room was quiet, very clean and the beds very cozy. Great snack pack to go included. The rooms are quite small. We had alot of luggage as we were in transit and there wasn't enough room to open cases easily. My husband is 6ft 5 ", so the beds were too small, but we encounter that alot when traveling.

We really enjoed staying in Hampton Inn, it has excellent location, close to the Times square, the Empire state building, not far from Central Park and other destinations. Very nice breakfast.

The location was excellent. Midtown, close to Penn station which made it easy to access the subway. A stroll away from Madison Square Gardens, the Empire State Building, the Manhattan Mall and within easy reach of Times Square and Broadway. The staff were very helpful and could not do enough for you. When we arrived they had not received confirmation of our reservation but the receptionist telephoned Booking.com and organised everything for us. They had a really good hot & cold breakfast buffet, included in the room price and the rooms were cleaned daily. There was building going on in the street so the noise was a little intrusive from time to time but overall though a very positive experience. It matched my expectations well.

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay here and didn't find or see any bed bugs during our stay. It was a very central location for our visit and it was convenient to use the subway. The staff was professional and helpful. The free breakfast was great and the business centre was very useful with access to the internet and printer. We would go back. The rooms are a little small. With the 2 double beds and furniture, there was just enough room for one person to walk at a time. It wasn't a big deal for us as it was a place to sleep and rest.

Great, friendly staff. Well kept rooms. Complimentary breakfast was a great time and money saver. Only criticism was loudness of aircon, but that was a minor convenience given the great price

Excellent location. Very helpful and friendly staff who were always happy to assist. Boutique, modern hotel. Bit of a 'bun fight' for breakfast as very crowed and not a lot of food available for even a continental breakfast.

Helpful and friendly staff. Tea & coffee 24 hours. Very clean rooms and excellent location. Hotel was currently being renovated and half the lobby was shut off. The restaurant was also shut so there was no hot breakfast. We were provided with breakfast boxes or offered up to $20 per day if we ate ou.t
