Waited for more than an hour in the Newark airport to get a shuttle to reach the hotel. Front desk staff are not very friendly. Just Business minded people. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Just step out and you are on the road. No shopping centres nearby. Breakfast lounge is too crowded during morning hours..

The hanger under my bed sheet was a highly unpleasant surprise in the middle of the night and the hairdryer holder falling off and hitting me in the head was exceptionally poor
I agreed on a price from booking.com when it cam to check out they charged me $50.00 more. Hotel then blamed the website. Who knows which one is lying? I am very upset with the both the hotel and this website!!!!!
