Loved staying at Hampton Inn in Prescott. Staff was friendly, room was clean, well maintained and nicely decorated, breakfast was good and there was a managers reception in the evening that provided snacks. Location was very conventient for whatever you want to do. Nothing.

The Inn was perfect for relaxing after a busy day of driving and sight seeing. It was very quiet and comfortable. Everything was the way we expect it to be.

Cleanliness is so important and this was a very pleasant, clean place with attentive staff and modern, quality facilities. Parking was not a problem and the location was good since I needed to go into town for business.

The hotel was clean and nicely set up. There was rarely anyone at the front desk. I had to call for sheets for the sofa sleeper, ask for shampoo and soap. No one ever appologized for the inconvience. Just handed me my stuff. I would say the 'customer service' aspect was greatly lacking. Ohterwise a great hotel. If not for the lack of service, I would consider returning. But I can say the Holiday Inn across tje street runs circles around the Hampton when it comes to making their gusts feel welcome!

Found it to serve best breakfast I have had a hotels where breakfast was included. Good selection - freshly prepared. Nice surprise Had problems with electrical in bathroom - and radio in room surprised that staff did not notice.

Had passed Hampton many times but no need to stay...so glad I made reservations here. Excellent place to stay - such a clean, comfortable room. Couldn't stay long enough to use pool or exercise rm...lookd good tho.
