Seemed like staff were always outside taking a smoke.
Front desk person was friendly.
Bed was perfect sheets clean room was big enough
Several very dangerous situations during our stay. EMT'S called when my Mom's leg got sliced on bracket on box spring. Lots of blood and skin peeled back on shin. Fire Dept was hunting for cause of smoke on final night so we fled with our belongings. MMade for a terrible trip.
Everything was good!!!!
The staff welcomed me daily.....they were very informative and helpful......the room was clean and inviting
My bed was a little squeaky but overlooked it because of the excellence of the staff.
Everything! From the minute I checked in, I was immediately met with courteous, efficient hospitality. The WHOLE staff is very welcoming and friendly. I did not come across one staff member that did not meet me with a smile. For me that makes a huge difference in my stay. The breakfast was the highlight! Something new on the menu EACH AND EVERY DAY and breakfast staff is VERY friendly and accomodating. 110% recommend this hotel to ALL travelers.
The wifi. Signal strength poor, and doesn't instantly connect like most hotels.
Excellent staff, especially Ashley on nightshift. She helped us to keep our room after a last minute decision to stay longer. (Even though hotel was booked for next day)
I did jot like that the sheets on the soda bed were covered with hair, the wireless kept kicking off, the breakfast was not great, and the metal sheathing made a horrible noise in the wind all night.
Cost. Was not charged quoted rate. We also had to p a deposit in which we have no received
The staff was great. They were very helpful with dinner recommendations.
air conditioner not working came to fix but was no difference after he came and fixed
Hearing people in room nextdoor
Cinnamon pecan muffins
Too many dogs all over the Inn all the t'ime Dog smell and puddles in hall way in loby Had problems with my reservation when I arrived and hostess couldn't find it and we tried to tell her they had probably written my name wrong but she refused to inquire about that. she was difficult to deal with and took over an hour for situation to be rectified and check in. Had to move to a different room the next night at a higher rate. the hostess on the second day was very gracious and accommodating. Bad storm that night and knocked out cable and wifi
Nice room Pool and rec room Very nice breakfast buffet
Elevator doors don't reopen quickly when someone crosses the threshold. Older woman with hot coffee was struck by the closing door as she entered the elevator. Receptionist at the desk constantly called me sweetie and hun. I am 63 years old. I am not her sweetie. I feel it is condescending.
Clean rooms, duvet covers, extremely comfortable bed, coffee and tea always accessible in lobby. GREAT BREAKFAST! :)
They only thing I would like to see is some kind of cleansing wipes in the gym, to wipe down the equipment after your workout.
My credit card was charged a $250.00 fee for smoking in the room. My wife nor I smoke. The hotel did not contact me about their evidence of smoking in the room, they just charged my card. As a courtesy, I feel I should have been contacted before the amount was deducted. I tried several times to contact the Hotel manage ( Ms. Jennifer Prokofiew) to discuss this matter without any luck. This was strange because the lady who was assisting me told me that she asked the Manager about the charge and she responded that the maid found evidence that smoking in the room took place. When I asked to speak with the Manager, all of a sudden the Manager was not available. She disappear in two minutes. I called back several times and spoke with Pete (front desk Manager) who was very helpful, but he stated that the Manger had been gone for some time. I feel like I got the run around and my credit card was falsely charged $250.00 for non-smokers. The bad thing about this whole situation is there's no one to assist the customer in rectifying the situation. I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER HAMPTON INN HOTEL. Being that I work for the Federal Government, I will be taking this matter to them and hopefully they will seek to put HAMPTON INN on their don't do business with list. This is an outright injustice.
Overall cleanliness. Think some re-modeling and upgrades are in order. The breakfast area was extremely small and created congestion.
The staff was really great. the pool area was well maintained, and the breakfast had a lot of variety. I'd stay again any time I had the chance.
I have no complaints!!
I received a very pleasant welcome upon arrival and also a phone call to my room (within five minutes) letting me know that if I needed anything to call the front desk. Also, the continental breakfast was a plus!
The facility was very clean and nice.
still have to see my bill after 3 days - there's still a hold on funds from my acct
It was too far from ocean city
I was charged way more than the booking.com price!!! And the bathroom was dirty.
