I thought the rooms were great, the breakfast in the morning was spectacular and it was completely affordable and perfectly located.

OK location near convention center, Alamo

I am a HHilton Honors Gold member. 4th floor room stank badly like old gym sneakers. Complained next morning, maintenance deodorized. Stench returned third night. Crumbs through hallways. Ventilation awful throughout building. I will never stay there again.

Ease of check-in, secure parking, location/proximity to landmarks/city activities, comfortable beds.

Inadequate sound-proofing between rooms (very noisy occupants in next room coming and going at all hours), inadequate sound-proofing in exterior walls (road/traffic noises somewhat annoying), and lack of room service for food.

The staff was very nice. We loved the breakfast each am. Was there 3 am's. Did not need maid service's, just ask for clean towels and was given them.

Just a little to pricey.

Excellent rooms and close to Riverwalk. Excellent morning breakfast.

The price was reasonable. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. The location in relationship to the riverwalk was good. I enjoyed the pool area, but it could be made a little more vacation feeling by putting some more tables and chairs with umbrellas and plants around the exterior of the pool area.

Would have liked a small refrigerator in the room. Location was a little scary walking back in the evenings from the riverwalk area. Never saw a police officer patrolling the area between Alamo Plaza and the Hotel.

Location is easy to get in and out, friendly staff, very clean rooms.

The parking is iffy. They oversold the parking spots..i went to leave early in the morning, and was blocked in by another car, who had a parking card, but no parking spots, so they just pulled up against my truck :(

Everyone was so polite. Breakfast was really good.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The only thing I have to say is that my 3 year old found a cup filled with chew near the bed.

My reservation was for a doiuble bed room. Ended up with a king and a sofa sleeper. They promised to change it for us on the second night, but did not so the third person in out party had to go get another room elsewhere because he did not want to sleep on the sofa sleeper again. Will not be booking through the internet again.

Parking daily fee not shown on web-site, in fact, it says free parking on site...

Convenience for River Walk and Alamo.

Should be made aware of hidden extras; parking 15 dollars/night; and state and locxal taxes inflate the final cost..

The hotel was in a convienent location to the highway. The room was clean and although near to the highway kept highway noise out.

Although it says not to complain here I'm not going to mail in a complaint. I asked for late checkout on Sunday as we had been out late the night before... It would have been nice to say that we were able to sleep in but the maid service was literally slamming doors in the rooms next to ours. All you heard at 9:00 am was bang bang bang bang I don’t know if they were doing it intentionally to make sure everyone was up and out of their hotel by no later than 10, but it was not pleasant and rude considering there is no need to slam the doors when going in and out of the rooms to clean. We were leaving that day but imagine the people that were staying, would they have to be woken up by that every morning!?? What an awful thing to deal with when you are trying to be on a relaxing vacation!

Awesome Location

The attention from staff is not cool, they are really mad at all time with the costumers, they even give me wrong directions

Riverwalk'a 10 dakika ve Alamo'ya 5 dakika yurume mesafesinde. Otel oldukca temiz ve hizmet cok iyi.

The location was great. The breakfast was very good.

I thought the floors in the room could have been cleaned before our visit. Otherwise, the room was very nice.
