Big rooms friendly staff

They forgo to clean our room so we had o ask for towels, the fire alarm wentoffvthree times the first night but I guess that couldn't be helped.

Hotel was great!

Location was not close to the water and was far from the airport. Also, we got in late and had to take a taxi because the shuttle stopped running at ~ 5:00 PM.

Near seaworld and breakfast

Shower head too old and bathroom needs updated

Excellent service. Helpful staff. A fantastic spot to stay if heading to seaworld. Really impressed with room size, cleanliness and facilities. Breakfast was good.kids loved free hot cookies.

Felt totally safe in hotel but bit sleazy in surrounding street.

air conditioning did not work, parking was horrendous, cleaning people did not replace coffee

Excellent location for all San Diego attractions and freeways. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, rooms immaculate. Breakfast was plentiful and good variety.

Very friendly reception staff (Ashley) made the entire stay pleasant. Location close to the Old City station and trolley. Breakfast was good, although paper dishes / plastic utensils could be replaced with regular ones.

Thin walls and simple windows resulted in hearing every little noise from outside and from the neighbor room, which is however common for usa.

Room next door too noisy. Sounded like a herd of elephants for awhile.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They answered questions and were empowered to make decisions which was refreshing. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast offered an ample choice for each member of our group.

The bathroom could use a magnified makeup mirror and new blow dryers.

I didnt like the fact that my parents paid less than i did for a bigger room.

Kids week. Breakfast area was a messy zoo. Room at back next to crane business....beeping of equipment backing up very early in morning hours

The pool opened too late and closed too early

Staff and their advice. Quiet and comfy room. Plus use of computer to check in and breakfast to go when we were too early to sit down to it.

That I had to get up to make the flight at 5am! Should have had a reataurant.

Breakfast although free, could have been a little better and the breakfast area was to small. The rooms would have benefitted from free bottled water.

It was in a good location; had a great price compare to similar hotels around de area; and it was a nice, quiet, clean room to stay... keep in mind that Sea World is near by, so there are children at breakfast time...

The breakfast area is small for a busy weekend... Had to share the table with strangers, wich was OK for us, but not ideal...

Clean room and great breakfast, ac heater was is to operate also nice tv also.

The bathroom door squeaked loudly waking my family at nite when the door was used.

Noisy, didn't appreciate next door neighbor taking a shower at 5:45 am, sounded like he/she was in my room.

The room I got was too far from the main entrance. It was a long walk to my room. Long line for breakfast and not enought table.

Friendly greeting; friendly staff throughout stay. breakfast well presented and comprehensive. Beds really comfortable. Room temperatures easy to control.

Noisy neighbors....put families w kids away from solo adult travelers.
