Excellent location for visiting historic parts of Schenectady and Proctor Theatre. Lovely comfortable room and bathroom - loved the bed, bath and shower. Suggest hotel adds tea bags to the coffee available in the bedroom, and plain milk in the breakfast room for the coffee (in addition to half and half and flavored milk sachets.

The location, the friendliness of staff, the unexpected desirable lobby and dining area. The rooms were very clean and had more amenities than I expected. There were four of us and we had plenty of room for an overnight stay. The bathrooms were spotless, shower was awesome and the breakfast was perfect. My two boys were psyched with the many choices I would stay here again for sure. I only hope all Hampton Inns are at this level of standards! While the beds were beautifully made and comfy pillows, the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Sort of a sag in the middle. However; that would not stop me from staying there again.
