Dispone de muy buenas camas, Esta bien situado si se quiere estar en el Lower, cerca del distrito financiero y el puerto. El servicio de ascensor es muy malo. La sala de desyunos es mínima y puede no haber mesa. Nada justifica el precio elevado que tiene. |

El armario de la habitación es muy pequeño. Estuvimos en una habitación para cuatro personas y tuvimos que dejar la ropa en las maletas, una semanita así se hace largo e incómodo. |

Good location, decent price and availability of parking. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Nice, clean room and very comfortable bed. Few flat surfaces in bathroom. Shower curtain too short - caused water to puddle on bathroom floor. |

The staff were so friendly and answered all the questions we had. They also were very sweet with my dog, who was allowed in our room. Thanks for a nice, quick stay. No complaints- the hotel was perfect for our needs. |

Our staying at your hotel was great. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The breakfast were great and the service was excellent. I would like to take the time to mention Diahania and Beatris at the receptionist center as they were extremely helpful and friendly. The staff was very courteous. Our room faced Pearl Street and it was extremely noisy from around 6:00 AM and we couldn't sleep well after that. Also, the lobby could use a little upgrading,ie; fresh flowers instead of plastic, better furniture. I've stayed at Gild Hall Hotel nearby for the same price, but much better amenities. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the interior and furniture were looking quite new. And of course the location of the hotel is very good...even though in the evenings there is not much to do in this area and you have to drive towards up-down to see some action :) ....but that is no problem there! The breakfast was in a too small room for some mornings....one day we had to wait about 10 minutes to get a seat. And there is not much choice of food either. And if it is said, that the breakfast is until 09.30, then you should be there at least at 08.45, because they start to clean up very early. |

I liked it very much and would stay there again. The breakfast was very nice, the staff also and it was a great location. Walk to little Italy and Chinatown short train ride to Times Square. room was a bit small |

Great hotel and good value for money. We stayed with 4 people in a room and it was good sized. The room was very clean and the location is quite good. We had a car and therefore could easily reach all tourist locations without any problems. The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety, though the breakfast area was not very big. |

Location was good - about 3 blocks from a major subway stop and with quick access to the Brooklyn Bridge so it was easy to get in and out of the city with our rental car. It was very safe and clean and parking was readily available - a HUGE plus in Manhattan! |

Excellent location for a sight seeing holiday The breakfast was gross. You should warn your clients about sausage gravy in advance, and what exactly is the manufacturing process for the eggs? The breakfast service was nil. Everything was pre-packed in polythene and served on polystyrene plates the like of which I wouldn't even use for a child's tea party |
