De hotelkamer was goed, goede bedden en een prima ontbijt. Leuke buurt met voldoende restaurantjes. |

Ondanks dat hotel is gesitueerd in Lower Manhatten is het prima lokatie voor bezoek aan overige stadsdelen omdat diverse metrostations op 5-10 minuten loopafstand van hotel liggen. Seaport district is bijzonder 'gezellig'. Veel restaurants en winkels in dit stadsdeel. 5 min lopen van hotel naar o.a. Brooklyn Bridge, Staten Island Ferry en de boot naar Statue of Liberberty en Ellis Island. Geen koelkast op de kamer. |

De zeer grote mate van gastvrijheid van het personeel. Ook de omgeving in Downtown Manhatten is aantrekkelijk met voldoende keus uit leuke en betaalbare restaurants. Wij deden mee aan Bike New York en onze fietsen mochten gewoon op de kamer staan, omdat het hotel geen bergruimte had. |

Wij verbleven in een kamer op de 8ste verdieping met dakterras(!), uniek voor NY. Vanaf een uur of twee zon en dus genieten rond borreltijd. |

vriendelijk personeel, ruim bed nette kamer kamer was in de kelder, hele koude vloer. De ligging was voor een stedentrip niet ideaal. |

De ligging was prima t.o.v. het OV, de winkels en de oorspronkelijke haven (Wat rommelig) Veel keus in restaurantjes dichtbij. Gezellige terrasjes rondom Seaport. Op loopafstand van Brooklyn Bridge, Ground Zero, Wallstreet, Ferry naar Staten Island, Heli platform en "Hop on Hop off "bushalte. Het was rustig slapen 's nachts, en incl. ontbijt ook prima. De hele dag koffie en thee verkrijgbaar! De kamer op de Begane Grond waarvan het raam niet open kon en geen uitzicht. De tweede dag konden we een kamer op een hogere verdieping krijgen. |

Our staying at your hotel was great. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The breakfast were great and the service was excellent. I would like to take the time to mention Diahania and Beatris at the receptionist center as they were extremely helpful and friendly. Our stayed was great and we will definitely recommend this hotel to all of our friends and relatives.Sincerely, The Marquez Family |

The staff was very courteous. Our room faced Pearl Street and it was extremely noisy from around 6:00 AM and we couldn't sleep well after that. Also, the lobby could use a little upgrading,ie; fresh flowers instead of plastic, better furniture. I've stayed at Gild Hall Hotel nearby for the same price, but much better amenities. |

The breakfast was awsome. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It is a really clean neat place. Maybe, the size of the breakfast room. but all other things make up for it. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the interior and furniture were looking quite new. And of course the location of the hotel is very good...even though in the evenings there is not much to do in this area and you have to drive towards up-down to see some action :) ....but that is no problem there! The breakfast was in a too small room for some mornings....one day we had to wait about 10 minutes to get a seat. And there is not much choice of food either. And if it is said, that the breakfast is until 09.30, then you should be there at least at 08.45, because they start to clean up very early. |

I liked it very much and would stay there again. The breakfast was very nice, the staff also and it was a great location. Walk to little Italy and Chinatown short train ride to Times Square. room was a bit small |

Great hotel and good value for money. We stayed with 4 people in a room and it was good sized. The room was very clean and the location is quite good. We had a car and therefore could easily reach all tourist locations without any problems. The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety, though the breakfast area was not very big. |

Location was good - about 3 blocks from a major subway stop and with quick access to the Brooklyn Bridge so it was easy to get in and out of the city with our rental car. It was very safe and clean and parking was readily available - a HUGE plus in Manhattan! |

Excellent location for a sight seeing holiday The breakfast was gross. You should warn your clients about sausage gravy in advance, and what exactly is the manufacturing process for the eggs? The breakfast service was nil. Everything was pre-packed in polythene and served on polystyrene plates the like of which I wouldn't even use for a child's tea party |

Location was excellent especially if you are a first time vistor of Manhattan. Value for money was also very good. Room size was great as we had two queens in the room and it was very spacious. Reception staff was not as knowledgable as one would hope. |
