We miss some joelary watch wallet in the safe box when we call first time they say we r not finde any thing. But after too many time calling they find it but intel now they did not send

Nice and comfortable rooms.

Breakfasts were poor - neither cheese nor sausages, awful omlet.. We didn't enjoy it at all. We chose the location because of the outlet center which is mention on the site where we planned to go shopping, but it had been closed TWO months before. So we'd better stopped in Manhattan in a smaller hotel and saved our time, that we had to spend in coaches..

The hotel provides good service for its cost. Rooms are large and convenient, the hotel is clean and the personnel friendly and ready to help. The hotel is located in a very nice place - there are no residences in the area, only hotels and business-centres. It's very green there. However, it's still New Jersey and it takes some time to get to nyc. Usually it took 30 minutes by bus (a bus stop is very close to the hotel). However, if there is a traffic problem in Lincoln tunnel it can take much longer.

Breakfast was good and convenient. THe location was great! The customer service of "all" the employees were excellent.

My daughter ate something that she was allergic to. I suspect possibly the sweetner that was used in the fruits as she did not eat that then second day and did not have the reaction. I did try a few pieces of the fruit myself and had a slight reaction to it. I suspect the fruit sweetnet because we eat the same fresh fruits w/o any problems at home.

The breakfast is food. The room is clean. Staff is very nice.

Great access to the 320 bus that takes you directly to the Port Authority(bus station) near Times Square. I think it costs $7.20 round trip. The area around the hotels is clean and safe. The hotel staff are super friendly and the complimentary breakfast is nicely presented and ultra convenient. Rooms are very clean!

What I didn't like is that Booking.com offers a queen sized option for this hotel but the hotel doesn't have any queen sized beds. We were two adults with two big teenagers and this makes for a less comfortable sleep.

Location, good breakfast selection and reputation

Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and very much client oriented. We had never been treated this way in any hotel before... Nice warming welcome when we got there. Room was ready way before check-in time and they et us in. Location is perfect for a visit in New York city. Proximity to shuttle bus and morning breakfast are awesome. Hotel is cheaper than Manhattan'S. Very clean. Luvvvved it !!!

Cost but everything is expensive around nyc right ?

Location is ok for trip to ncy, bus stop of nj Transit over the street that takes you directly to Port Authority Bus Terminal. Breakfast included in price, although medium quality overall.

Several things did not work and were not fixed even though I asked for it: noisy refrigerator, ventilator in bathroom not working, no daily linen exchange even though advertised (don't need it, but if they say they do it, they should do it...)

Clean room, friendly staff. Hotel was located in a nice neighborhood and comfortable setting. The modest breakfast was appreciated. Having free coffee / tea available 24 hrs was nice too.

Room was a bit cramped for 4 people. Would have preferred Queen beds instead of the Full beds provided - not well suited for 2 people. Tried to get a cot but they did not have any available during our 2 night stay.

Why pay 100dollars for a crappy hotel in the city...... This hotel is a 15minute drive with the bus, which stops almost in front of the hotel, to NYC (42nd street). Great breakfast, very nice staff, very good room, clean sheets and very nice bed. As for the bus, you would need bus 320 to North Bergen, which departs at gate 231 until about 22.00hrs, then the gate switches. You need the busstop after you passed the Embassy hotel. Just perfect!

The last day a large number fo people arrived for some event and the breakfast area was not enough for the guests

Great service. I arrived early in the morning after a long flight. They kindly offerred early check in. It was so nice. Staff really very helpful. Breakfast was also rich based on US standards. Everything was very clean. For me one of the most important thing was the location. I can describe the location as perfect. The hotel is located in Jersey, however it takes few minutes to arrive in Manhattan. Bus is very convinient and easy to locate. A lot of alternatives to eat around. Shopping was also very pleasent in the facilities around. We felt very secure, and in some days preferred to hang out around the hotel. I recommend strongly.

Nothing......probably price could be less:)

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and comfortable with TV (incl HBO), free and quick wifi, coffeemaker, microwave and fridge and a sitting area with a desk, a table and a couch. It was nice to be able to wash some clothes. The staff was helpful and friendly (they even send some postcards for us for free!). I also enjoyed the breakfast that had several dishes like oatmeal, cereal, a wafflemaker, fruitsalad, bread/muffins/bagels etc and different egg/meat dishes every day. The hotel is located near a Walmart, several restaurants and a cinema. To get to Manhattan, a round trip ticket costs 7 dollars and the bus takes about 15/20 minutes, however, avoid the traffic times! It brings you to port authority/times square. (Tip: if you are at port authority for the first time and you want to find the hotel, go to the ticketboots and get directions when you buy the ticket there, in may/april 2012 it was bus 320 to North Bergen at gate 231). In short, even though it is in New Jersey and not Manhattan, we preferred the bus rides over a very expensive or low quality hotel in Manhattan, because this hotel was great value for money.

There weren't so many sockets (for a laptop f.e.) in the room. Also, the bath is so undeep it really is only fit for children so we only showered. Also, you must endure busrides to and from Manhattan.

De klantvriendelijkheid van het personeel, de hygiene, het ontbijt en de ligging van het hotel.

De afspraak die werd gemaakt voor het vervoer naar jfk. Er werd een busje besteld voor 7 personen maar er kwamen 2 auto'S. Dus 130 dollar duurder. Taxibedrijf was jj Cab.

Cercanía a Nueva York, 15 minutos en bus, centros comerciales cercanos, mejor precio que hoteles similares en Manhattan, desayuno abundante.

A ciertas horas y días puede haber demasiada gente en el desayunador.

Hotel manager is no 1 !!!!!

Personnel très sympas, serviable, a l'écoute de la clientèle. Hôtel très bien tenu, personnel parlant plusieurs langues dont le français. Je recommande sans problèmes. Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel. Rapport qualité prix très résonnable. Merci a tout le personnel.
