We like staying here because it's such a short drive to all the places we love. It's a five minute drive to narragansett and a short trip over the bridge to newport. The location and nearby restaurants is a plus.

It was a good location for driving to Narragansett and Jamestown. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the bowl for fireballs at the front desk.

Breakfast was included, but mediocre. The eggs tasted like powerdered eggs.

The room was comfortable and clean, nicely decorated. On a scale of 1-5, it would rate a 4.5. Staff was very pleasant, breakfast was very good. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to go back. I have recommended it to friends planning visits to the area. When I complained about the noise they credited me with a free night.

There was a noise from the plumbing all night and it kept us up. It was too late to call the front desk so we just dealt with it.

Clean, comfortable, roomy room. Great coffee. Very nice location. Welcoming Front Desk staff. Convenient desk set up and plugs for chargers there and at bedside.

A bit pricey...but nicest hotel in the area.

The hotel was comfortable and quiet. We arrived late and left early so we did not get to see everything in the hotel.

When we checked in, we pleaded for a quiet room as we had been traveling and were exhausted. We ended getting a room on the 1st floor very close to the noisiest area in the hotel~the breakfast area and lounge area. People were up talking until after 1am. and of course up for breakfast by 6am. I had to call the front desk around 1230am to ask if they could close a nearby hall door that i couldn't get closed, as people up talking and laughing. So, terrible nights sleep. When checking out the next morning, I explained to the front desk clerk what happened and he could have cared less as did the night staff. So, will not be staying there again.

The pool and exercise room were open late which was great. The breakfast was good with many choices that varied over the five days we stayed there. Staff were friendly. Rooms were of reasonable size and beds comfortable. Nice decor in lobby for the holidays and cookies in the evening were a nice touch.

We had a frig/microwave unit in our room that was noisey. Typical frig noise though louder than normal. The microwave made a ticking sound nonstop. When I talked with housekeeping, the woman said most people unplug the unit at night. I find that to be unreasonable. So I would only rate comfort as fair due to the noise. They need to invest in a better unit in line with the quality of hotel they hope to be.

Staff were really helpful form the moment I arrived. I had a 26 hr journey and to be greeted with a big smile and quick check in was fabulous. Great breakfast with some plant-based options. ROoms were great, nice bathrooms with ecellent selection of TV channels. Gym was small but had free weights so it was fine. they have tea/coffeesnacks available 24/7. There's an applebees and a couple of coffee shops in the adjacent plaza, but apart from that, nothing useful for the traveler/tourist.

no taxis. This is not a fault of the hotel, just the positing and in Sth Kingston there is only one taxi company and they aren't interested in taking bookings Ask the front desk to give you the number for a local driver who is a great guy and happy to drive you around for a fair price.

This is a good option if you need to stop in the Kingstown area. 15 min drive to the UNiversity of Rhode Island, 5 min drive to Narragansett.

    Few options for dining nearby.

The inn was situated in a very nice surroundings meaning the Galliea mall. The breakfast was very nice and the food and service was very good.

The air conditioner ran all night Very noisy. During the day it was quiet. Also Ithink staff should be dressed in sync, the old adage Dress to Impress but the staff was very courteous and helpful.

I did not like that in the two days we were there no one came to clean the room despite being out by 8:30am and returning very late after midnight. I had to ask for towels and was told the maid went home. I was extremely angry.
