Toilet paper was harsh.
Location, view and friendly staff.
Asked for a high floor and quiet room and was given a room barely half way up so level with the busy highway and the closest room to it. Noise all night. $15 for parking. Concrete flyovers everywhere
Exceptional staff. Very friendly, helpful, courteous and happy! Loved the Irish pub downstairs. Great staff and cool atmosphere. Breakfast was awesome!
The location was wonderful. The staff was amazing and the hotel was very clean.
Not one thing!
I have always been happy with my stay at a Hampton. So much so that, thats the first thing I look for in traveling. This one was one of the best so far! The location is awesome! We had an amazing view of the arch from the room and it was pretty close to everywhere that was on our agenda. The room I had was 2 queen beds. It was pretty spacious, didnt feel closturphobic. They give you lots of towels too which is a plus in my book. ;) The hot breakfast is the best I have seen at a hotel. Usually when they say hot breakfast its just a waffel maker. Not this one! Every morning it was something different! One morning was, Fried potatoes and scrambled eggs with ham! Along with fresh fruit, muffins, waffels, oatmeal, and cereals. The next day it was scrambled eggs and sausage along with all the other things listed. All the staff I encountered were really polite and they have really good cookies by the front desk :) We really enjoyed the pool room and the view of the arch is a really nice feature! The hotel is attached to an Irish Pub & restaurant. I really suggest you eat there! Their bacon cheeseburgers , pulled lamb sandwiches and long island ice teas are out of this world!!!! My belly is growling and mouth watering just thinking about it! The moral to my review is, the money is well worth it and you'll definitely be satisfied with this hotel. :)
The pool has a great view and nice for families.
The gym was extremely hot, almost unsafely so.
Great location, friendly staff, nice rooms, good price
The $20 taxes per night. We may not stay in the downtown area again.
Friendliness of staff, breakfast, location.
they don`t do the room in the morning, when the guess leave for any activity outside, so when I get back to my room this wasn`t clean at 3.30 pm
everything was good
Hot tub was being cleaned :(
The location and the front desk was very helpful.
The downtown location.
Had a hard time getting clean towels and when we did we were still short a towel. Hot tub did not work. Parking was a little tight.
Well located. Very clean.
Check in was at 3 pm and our rooms weren't ready until 7 pm. The hotel staff was confused about the rooms that we had booked (2 king rooms and 1 double queen room) and weren't sure that they had given us the correct rooms. Hotel parking cost $15/night. Our king sized bed was super uncomfortable.
The proximity to La Clede's landing, the arch, and downtown is great. The bar attached to the hotel is fantastic.
check in was delay , we receive our room way after 5 pm
Beds and pillows so-so.
Wonderful helpful and friendly staff. Room very clean, great breakfast and free wifi too! Also good pool. A lot of downtown hotels here don't have an indoor pool or free wifi. Safe parking.
hotel was so close to the Arch that we were able to walk there, see it and walk back before check out time. That was even after we had breakfast in the hotel (which was excellent)! It was clean and we had a beautiful view of the arch!
overall it was great. Very confortable beds, great view. Close to metrolink and the arch.
The staff wasn't as helpful as I had hoped based on the reviews.
Close to business. Parking, Breakfast
Not the fault of the hotel but construction was a pain
hot tub was broke down but things happen. overall a very pleasant stay.
The free breakfast wasn't great and we paid for 2 days of parking but due to the weird layout of there garage we didn't get a spot our second night and had to park out in the snow since it was a full hotel. So that was a waste of money. Also the hot tub wasn't working and the pool closed at 10 pm when we were told we could access it all night with our key card.
The staff were extremely friendly. They accommodated us with all of our special request and even left us a gift bag and bottle of champagne as a gift from them for spending our anniversary with them. We had plenty of towls, extra pillows, and privacy. They called a cab for us when needed and even helped us with finding local place to dine at.
Too much trouble with room cards the first 2 did not work had to return to desk then another one went out. these were not near any electronic appliances
Very clean, everyone courteous and friendly, especially the breakfast servers
I feel parking should be charged on a 24 hour basis, not daily.
Very close and handy to the venue. Walked a few blocks.
Parking - garage height too low broke my Disney antenna topper
Close to restaurants
