Room and staff Excellent!! Horrid parking!!! Walked a long ways in the dark didn't feel safe! Parking next to or in their lot is Very limited! I couldn't at 10 p.m. Find any parking there!!!!

Everything was better than we had expected. We stayed in room 401 and hope to book it again. The hotel was spotless. The shuttle to the airport was great. The breakfast was awesome! The staff couldn't have been better. Thanks much!

Convenience to airport. Nice place to stay, although they were remodeling so no lobby area to sit in. I requested a room as close to the lobby as possible, but I got a room as far form the lobby as possible. It was way on the opposite end of the hall.

The shuttle to and from the Mall of America, they were very accomodating. Also the rooms were very clean and quiet, we were able to get a good nite's rest, unlike many other places we have stayed. Nothing that I can think of

It was close to Mall of America, restaurants, and a grocery store. It was easy to ge to from the Mall of America. The breakfast had a good range of food to choose from. The beds were more comfortable than many other hotels.

Our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites was great. Staff were helpful and courteous. Location is very close to light rail ,bus, Mall of America , other shopping and many restaurants to choose from . Room was clean, spacious, and king bed was very comfortable .Shuttle service was greatly appreciated.

So quiet, especially considering how close it is to the airport! Shuttle to Mall of America is so useful and runs every half hour. Breakfast is good and eating area for the breakfast is nice and big and bright. The gym facilities aren't great - they should at least have a weight rack. Also pool is fairly small when busy.
