The staff was great. In spite of the busy atmosphere at check in, the staff were able to accommodate our needs in a timely manner.

The noise of guests in the hallway was easily heard in our room at night. More soundproofing in the doors and walls are definitely needed.

Noisy pipes by the bed. When people shower the pipes bang inside the walls.

I've stayed at the Hampton twice in the last six months and will return. We come from Canada to shop and it is an ideal location. Everything we need are just minutes away. Friendly staff, clean facilities, free breakfast...perfect for our needs.

train behind hotel seemed to go all night.

It was clean. We liked the cookies that were out at check in time. My husband liked the eggs, an omelet, I didn't care for the cheese in them. We didn't get to stay as long as we had planned, so there isn't much more to say. I would stay there again if I was up that way.

We drove right passed it because of where it sits back off the road.

Very near family, the pool, nice staff, clean.

Nice facility, clean, comfortable room well decorated. Good variety for breakfast. Pool great for children.

One morning we had scrambled eggs that were drier than army eggs. The omlet on the 2nd day was good.

Beds were great,I left my new shoes behind,and when I got home I called there to my surprise and they were still there.which is great cause I thought for sure they were gone for good.

Yes the pool area is very dangerous with it being all tiled flooring around the pool and hot tub,when the floor is wet it is extremely slippery for anyone being young and old. Makes me nervous watching kids in there,I can't enjoy myself. For a new hotel,this was abad idea by the builder on going this route with all tiles,not good idea. What were they thinking when they build the place?

The room was very conducive to a comfortable stay. We loved the large bed and the fact that there is a fridge and a microwave.

The city is not a destination for night life and outdoor activities.

The work out room is nice and the pool area is the cleanest I've seen in a long time. The large grassy areas outside is very nice. We had our grand daughter with us and felt the entire place was a very safe and secure enviornment. We apprieciated the comfort of the large rooms and the fact that there was a small kitchen area as well. Excellent price, excellent hotel. We would definatly stay here again.

The mattress in the sofa bed is horrible. Our 9 year old grand daughter was supposed to sleep on the pull out sofa bed but it so uncomfortable she ended up between sleeping in the king size bed with us and on the sofa cushions on the floor. We asked for a double queen but none were available.

The room smelled a bit musty and there may have been an undetected water leak somewhere

We were there for 2 days and the housekeeping staff didn't even come in to empty the trash while we were out.

despite the near highway we had a very quiet and comfortable room, excellent breakfast. very friendly reception

The cleanliness. That's the first thing I noticed.

Everything was perfect except that we had really weak wifi signal once we walked into our room. The wifi kept cutting off.
