“ The room was very clean. I love the idea that the Duvet Cover was washed. We had problems with the room cooling and we were offered another room right away. Brad was very helpful. They are going through the trouble of mailing my forgotten phone charger and my sons left behind Nike running shoe. Will return for sure :) ”

Always clean and comfortable. Breakfast Sunday morning was terrible. Cold, tasteless eggs, watered down juice. The false fire alarm wasn't fun either. People hung out blocking the front door and smoking. I don't understand why they weren't forced away from the door. I was bathing my granddaughter and had to wrap her in a towel to leave fast. We couldn't get out the door.

The Hampton Inn & Suites was in a good location in West Yarmouth. Their complementary breakfast was enjoyable to wake up to with several options to add to your plate. They always had hot water, several options of coffee, tea bags, and sugar in the lobby for use. For families (or adults who are still a child at heart) they have a great game room to play which is open all day. I would not recommend this place. I asked for a special request a week in advance, and it was not put in place by the time I arrived in the room. The room was dirty. There was a pillow with dried blood found on our "freshly cleaned bed," and there was hair found on the bathroom floor. This is not worth the amount of money they charge. They do not have rooms with a single queen bed, the only single rooms they have is a king, which is ridiciously priced (couples beware if you simply want and need one bed). This is an "average" hotel at a 5 star price.

Difficulty leaving the hotel and merging into the traffic on hotel's street. Traffic too intense and very little room for merging, practically impossible to turn north.

Viajé con mi esposa, y lo elegimos porque ya nos habíamos alojado en otros hoteles de la misma cadena en otras ciudades. Siempre nos ha parecido excelente. La atención impecable, gente simpática y muy dispuestos a ayudarte en todo. De hecho la mejor cena de nuestro viaje a Cape Cod fue gracias al dato de un recepcionista muy amable. (The Black Cat, en el waterfront de Hyannis), Gracias Herman! Las habitaciones son enormes, con frigobar, micro, cafetera, una tv grande, etc. Las camas muy cómodas, todo muy limpio. Mucho espacio para parking , y el desayuno buffet muy completo, bebidas, jugos, té, frutas variadas, tostadas, waffles, comidas calientes americanas, en fin, practicamente un almuerzo. La relación calidad precio es excelente.Lo recomiendo ampliamente. El agua de la piscina un poco fría, por decir algo. La ubicación es buena para llegar a todas partes, pero en las cercanías no hay nada interesante para ver.

great location, close to Hyannis. Great, friendly staff at the front desk, very accomodating Could have done a little better job cleaning bathroom. Didn't look like shower area was washed down.
