I liked the location and the luxury of the suite for the price.

Real nice property. Great location in River North area and close to Michigan Avenue, State Street, etc. Close to many restaurants and bars. Rooms were clean and updated recently. Easy to get to from Midway Airport as the Red Line train stops at Grand just a block away. Staff was great and friendly.

Staff extremely friendly. Location good for buses and loop trains. Coffee and tea always available in the Breakfast Room.

Fantastic hotel, in an excellent location. From the moment we arrived the staff were outstanding, the valet parking attendent was very courtious and friendly, followed by the very attentive check in staff, and so it continued for the duration of our stay. Hotel is situated in a very convenient downtown location. Easy reach of all Chicago sights and shopping. Breakfast was nice, usually two hot dishes and plenty of bread, cereal, pastries, fruit etc. The rooms were spacious for a city hotel and very clean. Would without a doubt recommend this hotel.

There is nothing that I would change in the hotel, everything was just perfect.

Hotel was clean and appropriate for the price. Breakfast was decent every morning which was included in the price of the room makes it a bonus. Typical hotel. Nothing over the top but decent to lay your head on a pillow and go to sleep. Centrally located to most activities in Chicago. Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum, Willis Tower, Navy Pier, Water Tower Place etc. Plenty of decent places to walk to such as Hard Rock Cafe' and Rainforest Cafe'. Pool, Whirlpool and fitness room were decent. For being spring break our floor was very quiet at night.

The only negative comment which didn't affect our stay was the fire station is located across the street.....so you heard sirens throughout the day leaving that location.

The room was always clean and the facilities are excelent / El cuarto estuvo siempre limpio y las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes.
