The suite was awesome! The location was perfect as it was across the street from the Easton Town Center. The staff was courtesous and helpful. I will be back :)
The only complaint I would have is the pillows were not comfortable.
The staff was very helpful while we were there. I brought my granddaughters with me on a mystery trip to go to the American Girl store. The staff told me about the shuttle that went to the mall. It was nice being dropped off and picked up. We enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was also very nice. The whole place was very clean and neat.
Our room had a smell that I couldn't seem to get over. I first thought it was due to no air being turned on before we got there. So we turned it on and left for the mall. When we returned the girls were in a hurry to go swimming so I didn't notice the smell. By the time we came back the smell was still there. I had some air freshener and sprayed but it only helped for a few minutes. It was late so we just went to bed. If it was eariler I would have called to see if we could move to another room. Other than that it was a nice experience.
I went this past weekend with a group of friends. I was very disappointed I had made my reservations about 3 weeks prior. When we had arrived the room was not ready so we had to wait. Then we went up to the room to only one king size bed an we had 4 people. When I went to the front desk they acted like it wasn't a big deal because they up graded us to a suite. Which they never told us they didn't have a room with two double beds like I made reservations for they just put us in a different room. So I had to sleep on a pull out couch all the other rooms were booked. I was very unhappy I will not be staying here again. They did give me a discount but that doesn't change that I had to sleep on a uncomfortable bed an a old thin blanket they gave us.
Location, cleanliness, staff very friendly.
The room and bed were very comfortable, very clean and quiet. The location is great.
I wanted to use the hot tub after a long business day but the small indoor pool area and hot tub were filled with screaming kids until the pool closed at 11:00 pm. It would have been nice if it had adult hours for at least the last hour. I used to travel with my young daughter so get it is a great way to tire them out....but closing the pool to them at 10:00 pm would seem appropriate.
Loved the white cover let's for the beds. The bathroom was spacious & well organized with everything within reach. Decor was attractive.
I liked the wifi access and the location.
It is a shame when staff member who ruins the experience is the manager. After not having the two-bed room I requested for my son and I, we were given a room in the smoking section. My asthmatic son could not stay in the room that night due to the smell. The front desk explained they would have a room for us first thing in the morning, but we had to return the key. After a long delay the next day, the front desk manager (Pam) told me I just had to wait because other guest have to enjoy their experience. Needless to say I reported this to Hampton Inn HQ who was able to resolve the matter in minutes. It should be noted, the rest of the staff was helpful and apologetic.
The staff on duty tried to be very accommodating.
Even though I called and said we would be checking in late, apparently this message wasn't delivered, so when we got there at nearly 1 in the morning, exhausted with our newborn, there was no room available. They found us a room at a nearby hotel that actually seemed much nicer and newer and I think it's about the same price, so next time I'm in town, I'll probably book there. Also, the Hampton still has smoking rooms and there was a whole group of people sitting on the stoop out front drinking and smoking. ew.
We have had good luck with Hampton Inns finding them clean and comfortable with helpful staff, and this location was no exception. Since my daughter had business to attend to and needed my car, I took advantage of the free shuttle service to and from shopping spots.
Nothing, enjoyed our stay
The bed was comfortable. The room was small but okay. The breakfast was good for a Hampton Inn.
We arrived a bit early to see if we could get into our room a few hours early. The lady just said no and did not even look to see if there was a room available. Additionally, at breakfast the worker were talking and constantly complaining about their jobs. That is a pet peeve of mine.
After a long day ov volunteering at a downtown Columbus activity, it was nice to come "home" to a comfortable room! Enjoyed the experience completely.
accomodations were very good as usual
1 day of wifi, what is up with that? Hotel did not have the rate that I had when I booked. Tried to charge higher rate. I had to call Booking.com to have them intervene and am still waiting to see if they charge me the correct rate.
The hotel staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. The location was perfect for our quick trip to Easton and the shuttle bus was so convenient. We will definitely be making reservations at the Hampton Inn Easton again!!! Simply enjoyable!!!!!

We booked our stay for a girls weekend (American girl store as our focus). This hotel was our 2nd choice, after our original was booked. We are so glad we ended up at the hamton!! It was by far the best hotel I have been in. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, excellent hot made breakfast, indoor pool!!

New, clean, well laid-out. Loved exercise area and pool/hot tube. Breakfast excellent. Staff very friendly and competent. Near Easton Mall and Interstate.
A little expensive (but worth it!)
I enjoyed my stay very much...from the time I arrived to the time I left I felt welcomed. The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable. Great value!

Poor heating in the rooms
The room was very spacious and clean. There were only two of us but it could have easily accommodated a family of 5-6. The staff were very friendly and there was a very nice breakfast.
I liked the close location to Easton Mall and the rooms.
