quick access to airport great breakfast tried to phone the hotel from the airport to inquire as to shuttle service but no one answered the phone so we had to pay $33 for a cab to the hotel. asked the desk staff for a restaurant and they said there were none around. they failed to mention there was food for purchase in the small canteen.

It's a new Hampton Inn, very comfortable on the inside- and its interior dimensions seemed bigger than other Hampton Inns I've stayed at. The location was both good and bad- convenient to DFW airport, but there are no dining options nearby. Everything requires getting in your car.

Excelente opción calidad/precio para asistir a conferencia en Gaylord Convention Center. Buenas acomodaciones, buen desayuno, personal atento, entorno seguro. Shuttle disponible durante las 24 hrs para ir a centro de convenciones y lugares vecinos ( Mall, Grapevine, aeropuerto etc). Excelente disponibilidad del personal. Desayuno para servir y llevar. Lo recomiendo 100% y volvería. Para cenar en algún restaurant hay que utilizar shuttle. Aunque se puede solicitar delivery a la habitación.

The cleanliness and comfort of the room. The complimentary breakfast was not as organized as should been for a large number . Only 1 waffle machine and so it took forever to get through the line. Not enough seating.
