Room was clean and well arranged. Some confusion on my billing. Credit card email notifications listed three (3) charges 5/8 $266.07, May 3 $217.29 and $88.69. Called Hotel and spoke with Hotel employee, Mary, regarding the posted transactions. She indicated adjustments would appear on my credit card statement. It had better!

Easy location. Clean, friendly staff. We were disturbed at 2am by a knock on our door. We called the desk and were told that a woman was bringing a delivery to someone and had been given access to the floors. We asked the desk clerk to check outside our door. We did not feel safe as we did not expect any delivery and did not think anyone should be given access to th pe hotel at 2am. We suggest that you lock the doors at 12midnight and have guests and other people screened for entry after midnight.

The staff is exceptional! They forgot to clean/service my room on Sunday and Monday morning was very loud with truck/trash pick-up beginning before 7 a.m.

A equipe do hotel é mto prestativa. A localização é excelente,perto de várias auto estradas, que nos levam a lindas praias, vários centros de compras. Valeu mto a pena essa estadia. Com certeza voltarei pra lá. O café oferece café da manhã mto bom tb.

Love the breakfast. Always fresh. Love the rooms too. Great beds,pillows. Appears that the bed comforters are washed. So many places don't clean their comforters! The only complaint I have is the rooms aren't sound proof. Can hear the room next to you and also the banging of the room doors.

The decor was modern and up to date. The room was super clean and the bathroom was very nice. I did not like to find out as I checked in, that my room cost more than the family checking in next to me room was. I also did not like the big gap in the door of our room when it was locked. It let in light and noise. The doors in the hallways slamming shut was also a negative.
